Have you tried Veoh yet? A lot of times I have more luck with that than I do YouTube...

Tsujigiri-san You only have to download the program if you want to download content... -Tsuji Ah, but it won't let me play the full episode if I don't download it. It'll only give me the first five minutes, and half of that is the opening theme song.

Actually, you can only watch 5 min previews unless you download, that's what it told me.
