Clou once more pushed herself up, but continued laughing causing her to once more crash to the ground, she didn't know what was so funny, perhaps it was just a bad case of the giggels, but whatever the reason she knew she would be unable to continue with this exersise unless she got contol of her breathing. Clou lay flat on her back arms and legs outspred and she waited for her uncontrolable laugher to fade. She smiled stairing at the ceiling, it was white and bland, as where most classrooms.

Hikaru pushed himself up supprisingly quickly. His eyes widened as he he came up with such ease. He was starting to become more excited about finishing his training. He then heard something coming from Clou's direction. He looked up to see her on the floor, struggling. "Clou, put your hands farther apart and keep your feet together." He hoped his advice would help Clou finish her workout. Hikaru slowly lowered himself to the ground and fixed his posture to begin another push-up.

Maybe, Hikaru needed to take his own advice. He began to lift himself up to fall on his face harder than any other time he had before. With the excitment of doing push-ups correctly probubly had him less focused than he should be. Hikaru lifted himself up to the staring possision again and started to think of what his flaw was. He tightened his biceps and started to push up from the floor slowly, yet again.

Hikaru pushed himself up with his muscles starting to ache. The fatigue from falling so many times was getting to him. He hoped success would continue no matter if that meant training all night long and hitting the floor every other time he lifted. Hikaru let out a sigh and went back down to the ground. He then got back into possition and began to lift himself up once again, for the eleventh time of his workout..

With much ease Hikaru pushed himself all the way up. With his arms extended he felt good, "Just one more, c'mon you can do it", he said a little louder than he had wished. He glanced up to Clou to see if she heard him. He kept his eyes on her until he was back on the floor again. Hikaru pulled his fingers together and put his feet together on the floor. He then began to rise up again, for hopefully the last time today.

The last push-up was a success. HE came all the way up and locked his arms into place, "Yeah! Finally" Hikaru said as he finished. He then came back down slowly with a smile. He laid there for a minute happy with his efforts, then sprung to his feet and flexed his still quite small muscle. He looked down at Clou, she was still training. "Feet together, Hon. And keep your feet separate." Hopefully this advice would help her and not throw her off track. Hikaru then sat back down next to Clou so she could finish uninterrupted.

Clou flipped onto her stomach, getting ready to perform her next push-up. She was almost mad at herself seeing as Hikaru was already finished and she still had at least nine to do. She sighed listening to to his adivse. She put her feet together, but not all the wareathing shey, her hands where ferther set, she was ready. As she reached the tip of her push up her arms and legs began to wobel before buckeling and ended with Clou hitting the ground once more with a thud.

Hikaru sat in the chair next to Clou watching her fall repetadly. He stiid up and knelt next to her, "Come on Clou, you can do it. Push as hard as you can. Hikaru didn't like to see his friend suffer or watch them fail when he could help. Encouraging her was all he could think of to get her rolling. They weren't much but, hopefully his simple words would help. Hikaru waited to see if his words had motivated her in her strength training.

Clou smiled at the encouragement she was reseving from Hikaru, it was good to have a friend around as she worked, made time pass a little quicker, although she still felt rather pethetic, seeing as she started at almost the same time as Hikaru and she still had yet to finish. She pushed herelf up as hard as she could, feeling her muscles tense up. She then lowered herself back down, keeping her body a few inches off the ground. She smiled, ready to push herself off the ground once more, it felt good to have strength, and she enjoyed showing off for Hikaru. Clou balanced herself onto one hand giving Hikaru the thumbs up sign and returning to her postion on the ground. Her breathing had goten heavy and she was already starting to become exausted.

Clou lifted herself off the ground once more, her body becomeing tense. she grunted gritting her teeth feeling the weight of gravity push down on her. she once more began to lower herself to the florr, but stopped before her chest touched the ground. Her abdominal area and her arms where beginning to hurt. Her breath was becoming staggered, but she knew she couldn't give up now, she was starting to gain momentum. and if she could prove she was stronge to Hikaru, maybe he would train with her more. she didn't want to train alone, she got lonely, she couldn't even talk to herself so the quite was soemtimes overwhelming.

((PS. I am to tired to spell check so for right now I'm saying up yours to grammer.))
Clou smiled as she once more push her body up. Her arms where becoming numb, and there was no way on earth she would be able to continue at this speed for vary long. Her let out sharp breaths as she held her body up for a few moments before letting it once more sink to a few inches off the ground. Her kimono trailed on the ground, and she herself was impressed that she had yet to slip and fall on the skirt of the kimono. One of the sleves was begining to fall off her shoulder blade, but she couldn't stop now, she had made so much prgoress, she couldn't throw it all away.

Hikaru watched Clou continue her workout and felt proud of her accomplishments and hoped she did too. "Keep going Clou, I know yo can do it. If I can finish I'm certain you can" he said with a chuckle. He thought back on the twelve tries it took him to do ten pushups. Hopefully, she wouldn't have to go through that. Clou was more than half way done. "Clou, I'm going to go back to the Shoreline and wait for Sensei," She was busy training so he didnt expect an answer. "Please come when you get done. I imagine he'd be there sometime soon."
