*he smirks a bit* ok..you will need more power to fully handle the force of the winds. Only constant use of energy against another practitioner of wind can truly help you to raise your power levels. Magic tends to feed on itself. Its energy is neither created nor destroyed, but rather consumed and expelled, much like the air we breathe...
I happen to be the only other practitioner who can help you raise your power. Of course, I will reduce myself to near your level to be fair...

Shin calmly opens his hand, palm facing Kage. A tinny swirl of wind circles it, he pauses for a moment.
"Simple... well I'll keep it simple-stupid I guess..."
Shin thrusts his palm towards the Kage, emitting the winds force.

*Kage extends his left hand bravely and begins to capture the force of wind energy from Shin, channeling it into his own and quickly thrusting it back with greater strength, knocking Shin back*
Shin: 23
MSP: 2
Kage's magic: *Kage rears back his right palm, a trail of wind following it. Focusing a small amount of energy, he waves his arm at Shin, sending a horizontal shockwave of mystical air straight for the fighter*

Too slow, Shin! *Kage watches Shin's motions and smirks, bringing wind to his hands and pointing at Shin, bending a cyclone around him before Shin could finish the motions. Shin is all but snuffed inside a strong wind trap*

Kage's Air Blast: *channeling wind energy into two fingers in his right hand, Kage points at Shin, firing a near invisible bolt of air at him*
