Mitsu gently tossed the Pokeball onto the Pokemon Center floor releasing the Pokemon. "Ivy! SAUR!" he cried before tackling into Mitsu, knocking her to the floor. "Heya Ivy!" Mitsu said patting his head, she had missed the Grass Pokemon's company. "I know it's sudden buddy, but you think you could help me with my match against Norman?"
"Saur!" he answered nodding his head. "All right, let's go!" Mitsu said stepping out of the Pokemon Center and headed towards the gym. She took a step though the door. It was evening now and Mitsu hoped there wouldn't be trainers at the gym hoping for a shot at the challanger.

Crenu peddled for his life, swurving corners and avoiding peopel as he wizzed by everything, heading straight for the pokecenter. Reachign his destination he came to a screechign hault and hastily folded away his bike, runnign into the center as he did so.
"My, what seems to be the hurry? Hey, I remember you. You're that trainer from before, the one with a Larvitar. How are things?"
"Fine! Everything's fine! I need you to take my pokemon, quick!" Crenu hastily took his pokeballs from his belt, fumbling them in the air as he extended his arms to Nurse Joy.
"Calm down, no need to rush. I take it you just had a battle with Falkner?" She spoke calmly as she took the pokeballs and put them on a tray. She handed the tray to a Chansey they scurried off to the back room.
"Yeah, he as reall tough. But I won in the end."
"Well that's good. I'll have your pokemon healed as soon as possible. Please rest untill then." She smiled and walked into the back room where his pokemon were. Crenu sighed, then made his was to a couch in the waiting room.

Crenu sat in the waiting room and contemplated the battle that just passed. He thought about that, and what Falkner said to him. He was right, Pokemon were beings jus tlike him. And for a moment, he had forgotten that because he wanted to win so badly. Larvitar and Spinara kboth fought to the last breath so they wouldn't let him down, and he would neer forget it. He promised himself that he would never take advantage of them, no matter wha tthe stakes.

Looks like luck wasnt with her this time as a rather snobby looking boy stepped in front of her, blocking the door to the leader. "Go away," he sneered, "Norman's not here. And even if he was he wouldn't battle with the likes of you." Ivy growled at the boy clearly not liking his attitude. "A leader has to accept my challange, so if you'd be so kind as to get out of my way, it'd be apperciated," Mitsu shot back with a clam voice and a sarcastic smile. Ivy titled his head, he hadn't seen Mitsu this confident in a while, something was definately up. "Ivy," he stated stepping forwards. "Not you Ivy," Mitsu said flashing him a smile before returning him into his Pokeball. "I'm saving you for later." She turned to him, "If I win against you I get to see if Norman's really there or not, and if I lose I won't challange Norman again." The boy laughed, "Suits me, since I'll win!" Mitsu unclipped a Pokeball from her waist throwing it forwards to reveal a shining blue Houndoom. "Let's play Sapphire." The boy turned his head with distaste, "Hmph, I choose you Zigzagoon!"
The two Pokemon appeared on the battle field both growling at each other. "Sapphire let's get things started with a Howl!" Mitsu directed, the opponent looked like a pushover, but she wouldn't let her gaurd down. Zigzagoon use Thunderbolt! Lightning flashed from the Pokemon's coat and struck Ivy. I'll never forget that. It was the first time that she experienced a Pokemon using moves that it did not normally learn. No doubt that Normal Pokemon have the widest TM and HM move pool too. "Zigzagoon use Tackle!" Sapphire gave a sharp howl glowing slightly, his stats boosted. A second later the blur of brown fur slammed into him, not doing too much damage. "You gunna have to do better than that!" Mitsu said with a slight chuckle.

"You have a sister?" Miharu asked quietly, stopping to fold up her bike as Rin asked an elderly man for directions. "That must be... nice." Carrying it awkwardly under her arm, she then followed the man's directions, alongside Rin. The Pokemon Center was often a welcome sight, even if one's Pokemon weren't injured at all. She followed Rin inside, and chose to wait patiently on a comfortable, squishy chair. Placing her things on the ground beside her, she climbed up onto the chair and sat down, slightly annoyed at the fact that her feet came nowhere near touching the ground.

Having spent the night waiting for his pokemon, Crenu was refreshed when morning came. He thanked nurse joy and was on his way, but rather than to to the next town he decided to go the the clearing where he had caught Spinarak. He let them both out of their pokeballs and knelt down to talk to them. "That was an intense battle guys, and you served me well. We have something to show for it too." He grinned as he pulled out the polished badge he ad just won, then placed it in it's spot in the little case he had gotten from home. "I'm sorry I pushed so hard though..." As Crenu boughed his head in shame, Spinarak jumped up to his shoulder and gently nudged his neck. Larvitar walked up next to him and put his arms around him, looking up. Crenu looked at them both and smiled. "You guys are the best." He stood up and patted them both, then put Spinarak on the ground next to Larviar. "Alright, though the batle is over, we still have work to do." The two got into position, ready to train out of their own free will as well as their master's request.

Still trying desperately not to breathe through his nose, Keegan ordered Themis to use a Quick Attack. The small, green and yellow Pokemon pawed the ground for a second or so before he was off in a flash, leaping up and striking the floating Koffing with his shoulder before he pivoted and was soon back at his starting position. "Nice," Keegan smiled, giving his Pokemon a thumbs up, still ignorant to the fact that the Electrike was poisoned.
Miko said nothing, only grit her teeth and pointed at Themis, a determined glint in her eyes. The Koffing began to spin, gaining momentum as it flung itself at Themis for a rather strong Tackle attack.

Themis faltered on his four feet, the effects of the poison starting to get to him. Keegan saw this, and grit his teeth. "Hang in there, Bud! Show that floating ball of stink that electricity is nothing to toy with!" He shook his fist, and Themis nodded, generating another strong Thunderbolt that streaked towards the opposing Koffing. Keegan couldn't help but smirk as the Koffing grunted in pain from the attack, falling to the ground and rolling a bit, its eyes squeezed shut. Themis sighed heavily, lying down for a moment to rest while Miko recalled her fallen Koffing. Then, smirking, she sent out her final Pokemon.

It appeared before them, wearing a skull helmet and carrying a wicked-looking bone. "Marowak!" it cried, slamming its bone down on the ground furiously. Miko continued to gloat, and Keegan scratched his head.
"I don't know what that is," he murmured, blinking a few times. "Ah well. Get 'im, Themis! Thunderbolt!"
Themis gave a meek nod, and summoned his energy. The usual flash of electricity followed, only to crackle around the strange Marowak before it dissipated harmlessly into the ground.
"What the hell?" Keegan exclaimed, looking perplexed.
"He's a ground type, so you can't shock him," Miko grinned. "Now Marowak, let's end this. Bonemerang!!"
The Marowak held the large bone high above its head before he brought it down, reared back and let it fly. Themis's eyes grew wide as he was struck square in the chest by the flying femur. The bone whirled through the air, arching and coming back around to soundly strike the Electrike in the back of his head. Themis collapsed in a heap, unconscious.

Glad that the Koffing was gone Dante sighed as his hand left his nose. Seeing the other pokemon come out though Dante winced. The all ready tired Themis didn't stand a chance agains't the ground type pokemon, that and the fact that Keegan didn't seem to know that Marowak was a ground type caused him to wince slightly. "Next time you don't know a pokemon ask me!" He shouted out at Keegan. Not that he really blamed him Marowak's weren't the most well known pokemon and he did live on a pokemon ranch and was exposed to lots of different type's. Suddenly a tug to his head caused him to groan slightly as Bahamut decided that she wanted more hair to chew on. "Hey stop it!" He said irritably as he used both hand's now to ward his pokemon off. After a while the dragon grew bored of that and loking up spotted a flock of Spearow flying above and took off from Dante's back, knocking the poor crossdresing trainer down as it took off after them thinking that they looked fun/tastey.

Keegan cast an irritated glance back at Dante. "Well maybe next time you can speak up a little sooner!" he shouted in an irked voice. "Darling," he added, realizing then that he should be trying to keep up this little facade. He turned back to Themis, looking devastated that his friend had taken such massive damage. He walked over and knelt by the Electrike's side, placing a hand on his head. "You were great," he nodded, wincing slightly as the Pokemon tried to get back up. "You've earned a good rest." He recalled him then, quickly rising and striding back to his position. "That thing's tough," he acknowledged, "but now, fun time is over." Deciding to keep true to only use his Hoenn Pokemon, he selected his second Poke Ball and let it fly. The cheeky Taillow, Artemis, made her entrance, flying high above them and flapping her wings briskly as she rode the air currents. If necessary, Keegan would use Althena if Artemis couldn't handle the Marowak, feigning ignorance of the fact that Psyduck were native to both Kanto and Hoenn. "Alright Artemis! Don't let me down, girl! Double Team!"
The tiny swallow gave a shriek, but did nothing. She glanced from Keegan to the Marowak, clearly judging the size difference and not liking that she was coming up on the short end. "Come on!" Keegan urged, but she simply ignored him, flying up and up until she was almost out of sight. Suddenly, a burst of bright light shone from above, and a few small feathers floated down from the sky. Only a split second later, a much larger, blue and red bird zipped down and bashed into the Marowak with both wings - an obvious Wing Attack. Flapping her wings and flying back up out of reach, the newly evolved Swellow glanced down at her trainer and winked, now ready to continue.
"Wha... wait... what just happened?" Keegan asked, dumbfounded as the Marowak attempted to hit Artemis with a Bonemerang, which the agile Swellow dodged effortlessly.

Picking himself up just in time to see the Evolution take place Dante stared at it for a moment befor a large grin took his face. Getting up he shouted out to Keegan chearfully. "Congradulation's! You are now the proud trainer of a Swellow!" For some reason seeing evolution's alway's made him feel better. He loved to see the pokemon change there whole being's becoming more powerful each time. "Now go beat that Marowak darling!" He shouted out giggling giddily to himself as he waved one hand in an encoraging movement.

"Nice? She loves to pick on me," Rin said in a huff. She acted like a little girl sometimes, and in fact that's what most people though of her, a little kid. "I'm just getting in her way.." she said looking down at the floor, but smiling brightly a second later. "Well I'll go give these to Joy." Rin walked over to the counter and handed the nurse her four Pokeballs. "Um, I ran into some trouble in the forest, would you mind healing them for me?" she asked in a kind voice. "Sure," Nurse Joy said flashing her a smile before taking the Pokeballs into the treatment room. The young trainer walked to where Miharu was sitting and took a seat next to her. "So do you have any other Pokemon?" she asked after a short silence.

"Swellow, eh? Not bad. Okay then, Artemis! Stop showing off and get in there with a Quick Attack!"
Artemis gave a screech of approval, and dived down at the Marowak, her clawed feet extended and shoving the ground Pokemon back several feet. This proximity allowed for the Marowak to counter with a well-timed Headbutt, to which the Swellow replied to with an ear-splitting cry of both anger and pain. As she flew up again, her wings carrying her to the lofty heights, Keegan couldn't help but admire her new form, and the newfound speed and agility that came with it. "My second Pokemon to evolve," he said quietly, remembering how Loki had shed his skin and changed from an Ekans into the fierce Arbok he was now. Again he glanced back at Dante, and couldn't help but chuckle. This would be one day he'd never forget.

"I guess that's what siblings do," Miharu shrugged, looking around the Pokemon Center. "It's quiet here. I like it," she said, more to herself than anyone else. She watched Rin head back her way, and sit next to her. "I have two others," she responded quietly, playing with the tips of her green hair. "A Metang and a Staryu." She thought about how difficult Starrie had been to capture, only succumbing to the Poke Ball after Lily had put it to sleep with her Sleep Powder. "What about you?"
