Shinji returned shortly, the new corset remarkably tighter than the other, the mesh that's attatched isn't tattered or ripped as the other was. He pauses at the smell of the coffee, smiling softly to Lena. Sorry, love...I didn't quite make it that far! he laughed, moving to kiss her neck softly.

"It's alright, I don't mind having to do it myself.." Lena said with a smile as she turned around to face Shinji. "Though I must admit I do enjoy having someone around to do things for me.." she laughed a bit before giving Shinji a quick kiss on the cheek.

Shinji chuckled and brushed Lena's cheek softly before moving to the table to fix himself a plate. It's always nice to have someone around to help you with things...I think that's the reason my parents keep having kids - So they can do things for them! He shook his head to himself, slightly amused with the thought even though he knew it wasn't exactly true.

Lena laughed and shook her head some, as she leaned against the counter and waited for the coffee to finish brewing. "I supposed that could be a good reason to have lots of children... I don't think I'd ever want to have as many as your parents have though... to much to handle..."

Shinji chuckled, shaking his head some as he sat, shifted to look to Lena still. No, I don't think I quite want that many children either. Two, maybe...preferrably no more than four...but I suppose i'd love dearly whatever I came to have. He nodded in agreement with himself, thinking of the 4 full-siblings he had, and the 100+ half-siblings, shaking his head some as he chuckled again.

Shinji shifted to watch Lena, a smile on his lips as he caught her words. Well it's good to know we agree on that don't you think? he snickered, knowing well enough they had nearly an eternity to decide on such topics since he'd given her part of his being and she'd age considerably slower now.

"I'd say so.." Lena said with a smile. Being that all of the drama and such in the past hadn't torn them apart, she could pretty much tell that they weren't going to call it quits anytime soon. So it's probably a good thing when they agree on matters such as children.

Shinji offered Lena a bright smile, gesturing for her to take a seat with him at the table. So how did you sleep, love? he asked, changing the subject as at the time being, the thought of children made him terribly uncomfortable.

Shinji shook his head, offering Lena a warm smile. Not at all...Though I will admit that sleeping on the couch isn't something I want to get used to. He laughed some and shook his head in amusement to himself, continuing to pick at his pancakes as he looked to Lena again.

Shinji laughed some and nodded, shifting to look to Lena once more. Well it's good that we agree on something else, huh? He picked at his breakfast a little more, pausing and looking towards nothing in particular. You know what we should do, because it's been a really long time since the last time we did it? A grin came over his lips as he looked to Lena.
