A.R.G.U.S Mykal Ray Kage I'm currently attempting to rabble together a Word Bearers army, lead by my 210pt Daemon Prince, which I am very proud of. I took the large looming wings from the LotR Warhammer Balrog model, and cut off the mutated backpack antennae-things off, and replaced them. I also have a blister Chaos Standard Bearer which I plan to convert into an Aspiring Champion with an Icon for summoning Daemons. smile

...One of my devestators can take down a land raider...Hell my thunder hammer equipped chaplain could take down a land raider. A meltagun can take down a land raider.
It is because of HQ's liek this that I love playing sniper heavy armies like Alaitoc. One squad's good shooting and boom a huge chunk gone from the chaos army.

Destroying a Land Raider....that's just rolling sixes. Anything can do that, you don't need 210 points for it.
You don't even have to put him in Terminator Armour.

It can still bea demon prince, but honestly if youre that points heavy it probably means he was all over the place and not specified. pic a role for him and keep him to that, it should shave off some points.

210 Point HQ? Big wow. Mines 820. Ok, It's a Chaplain with twin Lightning Claws, Command squad that can infiltrate, with a Librarian for support, but.... As soon as I attach him to an assault squad, Its a hellish good unit.

I have a tooled up Daemon Prince and it comes to 196pts which I'm struggling to see worth it. I'd like to see how you can feesably come up with a worthwhile 210 guy.

My Dark Apositle only gets around 100-150 in points. And that if I give him everything.
I have a Word Bearers question, can my Squad leaders have Thats speech ability.
I'll check the website. I remeber seeing something about it up there...

In the downloadable errata, I think that it said that Demagogue is for anyone, while the Acursed Crozius is only for the Dark Apostle.
