'she-who-thirsts' would be the blood god, and the blood god is khorne. so khorne is a female chaos god? or is it slaanesh?

Khaine is actually the bloody handed god and khorne is the blood god, lord of battle, collector of skulls, etc but the "she-who-thirsts" would be the ever true androgynous slannesh. Also called the young prince of the chaos gods slannesh is often refered to with a female pronoun. He she it is connected to the fall of the eldar and the rise of the dark eldar. The dark eldar are supposedly soulless, which is a malady that is becoming all too frequent in the 40k universe.
