That's because I use a paper and pencil to draw, not photoshop. The one in my signature is also one of my works, though --
Long story short, the things I hate to draw the most are the poses, hands, and face itself. Not only does it need precision, it also needs a freaking amount of patience....
and if you miss one part, well...

Don't count me out. xd I drew that drawing with paper and pencil, then scanned it into Photoshop to color it etc. Hands and poses are evil.

I have to say that scanners work like a charm, while webcam sucks arse. Literally. Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner at home, and school is already over, which means.... crying

Nihilistic_Impact This is why I draw things like this, though I did that a long time ago and haven't done much since except this. Which I used a scan from hellsing as a base. At least you can draw expressions! >_<;

Only because of the scan I used. All I really did there was take a smaller image and draw it out to a full piece of computer paper.
