his eyes looked more like Anko's than a sharingan to me but then again since M. Sharingan looks different for Kakashi and Itachi maybe it looks different from person to person and he could be that Uchiha guy Kyuubi mentioned.

Well I guess only time will tell hopefully we'll get to see more of the other villages and I hope they finally add the moon village that he's been wanting to add since the beginning.

Mangekyo doesn't varry between people it is just Kakashi has a different type of Mangekyo Sharingan.
And no we did NOT see the sharingan eyes, I zoomed into that picture and I fix it from the point of the zoomed it. It is NOT sharingan, close but not if you look closely.
I want to see the Hidden Village Of Shadows, Kishimoto once mentioned it in a interview once, but never did anything about it since then ><

The sharingan varying is a theory since it's not revealed if Susanoo is a taijutsu or Kakashi's little altering time and space thing, or if magenkyo has different steps to acquire it, it's still all kept in the dark. Anyways like I originally said his eyes were closer to Anko's than anything else.

surprised Actually kakashi have the same manbgekyou than Itachi the only different is the shuriken form but thats because kakashi showed a technique that Itachi havent show. However in the japanese naruto game you can use those techniues as Itachi and the sharingan they show is the same as Kakashi.
