Leo gave a soft sigh of relief. "Thats better." he said with a smile. "I wish I could switch my eyes out for someone else's. I don't like them. I mean why have eyes in the first place if I can't even use them?" It was like a cruel joke, allowing him to have something when he couldn't use them. "Anyways....my complaining is nothing new." he was actually starting to realize that Raki never made fun of how his eyes looked, which was surprising considering how much Raki disliked him. "I think I smell dinner...we should join everyone." he said softly as he hopped off the bed and placed a hand on Asher's shoulder so he could move around him, but he waited at the entrance for Asher to follow him.

Asher frowned at Leo's comment about wishing for other eyes, but said nothing. When his brother suggested they go join everyone for dinner, he had to comply, if only for a change of atmosphere. They had barely reached the door when Raki appeared. Apparently, he was going to guide them to the dining room.

Leo jumped a bit at the sound of Raki's voice but decided to stay polite toward the other boy, if just to relieve some tension for Asher. He followed Asher upstairs where the smell of food got stronger and the sound of footsteps as the girls starting putting dinner on the table. "Will you help me find a seat, Ash?" he asked softly, knowing the man was right behind him.Elsa finished placing the last dish of food on the table and then stood back to look at the boys who came in. "It's not much but we get by, we have pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans."Rin grinned from ear to ear. "I made it all by myself this time!" She said rather proudly.Elsa smirked a little and headed into the kitchen. "Yeah so if anyone gets food poisoning they know who to blame." she said with a little laugh as she got the pitcher of lemonade and set that on the table as well.

Raki rolled his eyes. "It's not bad, to be honest," he said, taking a seat and then motioning for Asher to sit by him. He looked around and saw there was still one person missing. "Weird. Grandpa would usually be here by now."

Since he didn't get a reply from Ash, Leo reached out to find the chairs and sat down by himself, unsure of who he was sitting next to. "Maybe he's busy or something." he said softly, hoping Ash would at least help him put his plate together. Leo had burned his fingers on hot dishes too many times to have a wish for that sort of thing again.

Asher noticed Leo had taken a seat on the other side of the table and got up to move him closer. "Sit by me, Leo," he said as he attempted to get his brother to follow him. There was an empty seat still next to him, so if Leo wouldn't get up, Asher would just move himself.

Leo smiled a little and nodded at his brother's request, taking Asher's arm and following him to where his brother was going to sit. Leo sat and had to fight back a sarcastic remark about sitting anywhere near Raki. Somehow he felt like Raki took pleasure in picking on him or telling him that he was going to be replaced. But for now he decided it was best to stay quiet.

In case Raki was displeased, which would not be surprising, Asher shot his biological brother a look that told him not to say anything. Soon, he began filling Leo's plate, cutting the porkchop so his brother wouldn't need to use the knife. The silence was awkward, mostly because he was surrounded by practical strangers.

That damn silence again, it was starting to hurt Leo's ears. "U-um.....Elsa...do you think it would be okay....if my friends moved in soon? Either today or tomorrow?" he asked softly, wanting to break the silence so he could hear that there were people at the table.Elsa wasn't caring for the silence either, she was more interested in watching Asher getting Leo's plate ready and cutting his meat for him, as if Leo was a child. Though she guessed that Asher wouldn't want Leo to hurt himself with a knife. Finally someone spoke, she was glad someone wasn't afraid to speak up. "I'll have to talk with Daniel but I'm sure it should be okay. I remember him telling me that he promised you he would let them stay here."

"Well, since you're already here, it's only fair that they move soon," Raki said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Maybe tomorrow, since we already called the movers today." Without warning, he rested his head on Asher's shoulder, causing him to slip and the knife in his hand ended up on the table."Don't do that, Raki!" Asher scolded, turning to push his biological brother away. The boy's smirk annoyed him. "Someone could have got hurt, you know." He sure hoped this wasn't going to be a normal occurance.

Leo looked over toward the sounds he heard but he thought he'd leave it alone. Asher was an adult and could take care of himself without Leo's help. Though he did wish that Raki would leave Ash alone sometimes. "Thats good, I think we should get a good night's sleep tonight and see them in the morning." he said softly as his plate was set down in front of him.

In the middle of dinner, Daniel returned from his classified duties. He had half-expected a fight between Lro and Raki, but was relieved to see no such battle. "Well, I see you're all getting along well," he commented, taking an empty seat and filling his own plate. "Did I miss anything important?"

Leo stayed quiet, it was all he could do to not snap at Raki for being a nuisance. He just had to remember what his mother taught him, if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. Elsa noticed everybody pretty much stayed quiet, Leo was uncomfortable, Asher was having a hard time warding off Raki long enough to eat, Raki was too busy to eat because he was bothering Asher at the table....seemed things weren't off to that great of a start. "The boys are all moved in. Their friends are showing up tomorrow if that's okay with you." she said with a small smile. It usually was kind of quiet at the dinner table, since everyone was usually too tired to talk about much of anything.Rin saw Daniel sit down, not paying much attention to Asher and Raki. "You look more tired than usual Daniel." she said softly. "Would you like your evening tea in bed today?"
