"No no, nothing to be embarrassed about," The Reaver replied. "It happens to almost everyone I meet. I even beat up Herald without trying. I think that's why he's mad. Probably also because I made Emma kiss my feet before I'd let him go." He took several hops backwards as Takeshi prepared his next attack. "Take your time man, I forget stuff too sometimes." He gave Takeshi a grin as he waited for Takeshi to make his next move. When Takeshi shot his tendrils at The Reaver he dodged first left and then right, nimbly missing the first two before being slashed across the side by the third one. "Nice! My turn!" He raised his hand, palm outwards towards Takeshi. "Soulwave Blast!" He yelled. Suddenly a truly massive blast of madness energy exploded from his palm and headed right towards Takeshi. "A bit more "area of effect" than the tendrils, huh!?"
Ability in use:
+Soul Wave Blast: The Reaver focuses his soul wavelength for several seconds before releasing it in a massive blast towards his opponent. This generally blows his enemy backwards and causes more damage the closer the target is to Reaver. In addition, Reaver can release a blast of energy away from his body in a sphere, pushing anything near him back and causing moderate damage.

Gee today has been nothing but a bore and its likely the next day will be a bore. Aw who are we kidding? My entire life has been a bore lately.

"Yes," managing to get another hit on Reaver, Takeshi triumphantly said to himself. Naturally the shadows faded out of existence as if they had never took on a different shape in the first place. "You defeat everyone you meet? That sounds pretty boring if your out looking for some fun. If thats the case then I promise to deliver. Here we go...," he murmured quietly. Containing his calm and collected yet playful and cheery attitude he had a hard time understanding what Reaver said about Emma. He wasn't sure if he was serious or not. "You made Emma...do something as humiliating as that? In that case I just might have to aim farther then defeating you..." Still his face was uplifting however his voice had changed. He sounded a bit aggravated but it was more of a stern "you shouldn't do something like that" kind of tone then an outright "I'm going to murder your for that" kind of tone. When he got in some type of position to launch a different attack, Takeshi worried for a bit. There was no telling what other surprises Reaver might have up his sleeve so he needed to stay alert. "Say that position looks kind of funny...it reminds me of the position someone would get into to launch an atta-" Cutting himself off he realized that Reaver was going to try and perform a technique that was on a more grand level then he had attempted before. This guy was going to destroy a large portion of the city with the technique of that caliber around the surrounding area. The blast was coming in too fast, he wouldn't survive unless he used his black step technique to speed his way past the blast. Using his own madness to produce a blast would also be insufficient due to the range of Reaver's attack. Already beaten it would be pushing it to extreme measures if Reaver were to blast him at his current range. Takeshi's shadow reverted back to normal, it showed no signs of anything unusual. It didn't seem to be under any madness induced effects, just a plain shadow. During the last moments of Reaver's blast heading towards Takeshi, all he could do was notice how it was a spectacle. Little did he know that Reaver was capable of a technique like that of such magnitude. Leaving behind a blackish colored after image of the warlock, the real one was a fair distance away from Reaver. With his incredible speed he managed to get himself out of the way just in time. Leading him a bit farther from Emma just in case. Wondering if Reaver would think he was completely annihilated from the previous attack, he created yet another destructive black ball of madness. Floating above his right hand he awaited the perfect opportunity to launch it at Reaver.
Takeshi's Techniques - The ones in use will be bolded.

+ Black Step - Very similar to the original Takeshi's blue step the black step is a variation of it. By resonating with himself Takeshi is capable of moving at super high speeds leaving behind a blur like after image of him. The reason why the technique gets the name Black Step is because of the clothing Takeshi wears, when the after image of Takeshi is left it looks all black and fuzzy due to his clothing. Unlike the original the alternate can use this technique in quick succession due to his stamina so he could out speed anyone he comes into contact with. Anyone that is unfortunate enough to battle Takeshi will have a hard time catching up with him. This technique can't be used in his madness release form because Takeshi doesn't travel the way he does when he is using madness to enhance most of his capabilities. Most people confuse this technique as teleportation but truly its Takeshi's speed. In his kishin form this move is referred to him as the black dance due to the dramatically enhanced speed boost.
+ Soul Protect - A technique that is in constant use by Takeshi. In order to escape Shibusen's meisters and weapons Takeshi will use soul protect. This allows Takeshi to bypass soul perception which would be able to distinguish his soul from an average humans soul. Most with soul perception will see his soul as a human soul and have no clue of his warlock soul. He is also capable of disguising his wavelength to that of a regular cat. Since there are certain people that would be able to detect lies due to the fluctuations of wavelengths Takeshi has learned to keep his wavelength calm so no one would be able to detect his lies.
+ Familiars - Around the time Takeshi was still going to the DMA in the alternate universe he managed to animate his toy teddy bear. He named it Cookie and cares a great deal for it, calling it a him instead of a her since it didn't seem as feminine. Normally the stuffed bear is used for stuff such as household chores or guarding Takeshi while he sleeps. Cookie means the world to Takeshi and so far he thinks of them as the only beings he could truly trust. Always around Takeshi, he wears them on an article of his clothing all of the time which is usually his sweater. All he has to do is say his name and the familiar will awaken and grow a bit bigger in size. Cookie can't speak but Takeshi can understand every movement he makes since they have a unique link. Usually when he awakens the stick on the bear in toy mode will also grow. So far Cookie has been known to be used as a spy, guard, and even test dummy for training. Cookie is surprisingly fast and is able to move without detection, especially since he has no soul. After sustaining some damage they will revert back to their toy form. Cookie can scale tall buildings with a super jump but other than that and the previously mentioned features, that's all he could do. His other familiars are a bit different and are summoned for combat reasons. When using his shadow magic Takeshi can create familiars that are produced from his own shadows. These familiars aren't as strong individually but more of as a group. Usually producing five to ten shadows in order to attack his enemies Takeshi will order them to attack his enemies. The first familiars, shadows, are the weakest and capable of just scratching attacks and more stuff when they're in a group. Stalkers are the next level of shadows and much more quick and able than shadows. Most of the time Takeshi will create just five since they are more than capable of fighting by themselves.
+ Madness Overload - A technique that allows Takeshi to take on even the mightiest of foes. By amplifying the madness already within himself, Takeshi can fight on the level of a human that is undergoing madness release. When under the powerful influence of madness Takeshi's traits and abilities and greatly enhanced enabling him fight on an entirely new level. Upon using this technique Takeshi will also change his appearance greatly such as wearing a black cloak made of madness, his feet will also sink into the ground leaving only his legs. The way Takeshi travels now is by sinking into the ground as a shadow, his body now bends and twists in strange ways. Only when Takeshi uses madness overload is he capable of summoning his unique mask and weapon made of madness which you could learn more about in the description above. Among the new abilities Takeshi obtains he can transform his body into a shadow and phase through an enemys attack. This lasts one post and needs a five post cool down. Towards the end of training to learn how to control his madness he developed this form. Amplifying his own madness was a huge risk therefore Takeshi's master didn't like the idea of using it in battle but the young man will still use it if needed. Because of Takeshi's training with the cultist he is able to control the madness even more now and can freely enter this stage whenever he wants and maintain it for extended periods of time. Despite being able to fully control the madness release his personality will change to closely resemble that of a madman. His fighting style will be unpredictable and hard to follow. Just because he loses some sanity Takeshi will still be able to know the difference between friend and foe alike so his allies won't be in any real danger.
+ Kishin Form - This form is a last resort. When Takeshi enters this form his speed is unmatched and his strength unparalleled. His defense is also given an amazing boost as well as all his five senses. Though when undergoing this form Takeshi makes sure to chain these big morning stars on his arms as a sort of restraint. Even with the restraints Takeshi is able to move at high speeds in this form easily as if the restraints didn't even exist. After eating many pure human souls fed to him by the cult that raised him he began to grow more aggressive. More powers were revealed and he was coming closer to becoming a true kishin however he started losing himself. He would see illusions and go into these panic attacks. It was awful for the boy. Losing his sanity he said he wouldn't eat another pure human soul until his training to carry out the cults mission would be carried out. Later he would get better and regain his sanity but he would still swear off of eating pure human souls. He uncovered this form after eating the last pure human soul he would eat at the abandoned hospital. Everyone immediately thought that Takeshi was in the process of becoming a kishin because his wavelength was reaching levels that closely resembled that of a regular kishin, however this wasn't the case. Quickly his body changed and his eyes didn't even look normal anymore. Just as everyone was about to celebrate his awakening as a kishin he reverted back to his average form. Later he would learn that he could enter this form freely though every time he did his body would be under heavy stress afterwards. Despite obtaining this form he can't maintain it for large periods of time unless he becomes a full fledged kishin. By eating just one more pure human soul Takeshi will become a true kishin and transform into his kishin form permanently. Without the restraints Takeshi can attack using his claws or his legs to cause devastating damage. He also gains the ability to manipulate and produce intense black flames of madness from his body. These can be used for a number of purposes such as using it in physical combat, creating barriers of black flames, and even incorporating a battle style for it. The black flames are extremely intense and are more deadly than average flames. Ultimately this form is stronger than his madness overlord form. If Takeshi uses this form in succession he will grow a third eye on his forehead symbolizing that the madness has nearly taken over him and his mind on the border between sane and insane.
+ Madness Manipulation - The ultimate form of madness is being able to harness that power and control it. This ability of Takeshi allows him to use his madness to enhance his physical prowess and speed. Thanks to this ability Takeshi is able to use his shadow magic offensively as well as concentrate the madness through his sword to enhance his cutting ability. Madness manipulation is the ability to use the massive amounts of madness within someone to empower the user or compress it into the form of blasts and beams. Madness is available to everyone since most people have at least a small amount of madness within them. Only those with immeasurable amounts of madness could unleash the full potential of its empowering properties. Depending on the person the effects of madness will effect everyone differently. Being the new embodiment of fear Takeshi's madness is terror. His magic is the control of shadows. By empowering himself with madness he is covered in a black shadow like aura that makes itself very apparent. Though empowering his body with madness gives him a darker look this isn't a form that can be compared to his other two but he does consider it due to the appearance change. This empowerment transformation is known as Shadow Drive hence the aura that would be emanating from him. When compressing the madness into a destructive force Takeshi can create black balls of madness that cause dome like explosions that range quite far. Compressing it into a form of blast is also possible. Finally Takeshi can alter the form of the madness and change the shape of it, enabling him to convert the madness into weapons. In weapon form the madness is highly weak to an Anti-Demon wavelength and will immediately disperse should a user come into contact with it.

Altering the shape and form of shadows was the original limitation before Takeshi's madness amplified its powers and changed the shadows he controls into a physical form. Much like vector magic, shadow magic is very similar in the way it attacks, although shadow magic differs and has some unique limits. Takeshi can only manipulate shadows when there are actually shadows, he can't function well in areas devoid of light entirely. Despite being able to control shadows only Takeshi's shadow can be used in an offensive manner. After Takeshi's shadows have been amplified by his own madness they've evolved and managed to grow eyes and mouthes with teeth. These mouthes are capable of eating and the eyes link back to Takeshi, basically it enables father eye sight. Probably the closest I've ever been to dying after she was done with me. There's one girl here too; she's kinda cute but she's totally insane. Has pink hair and carries a katana. First time in a long time I've been beaten so bad I was almost killed. Good fight though." He gave Takeshi a friendly smile when he seemed to get upset about what The Reaver had done to Emma. "Hey, it's okay. She secretly liked it. She'd never admit it though....don't tell her I said that." Of course, Emma would be able to hear him no problem. After the blast he lowered his hand, looking at where Takeshi had been. There seemed to be only a mangled shadow where Takeshi once stood. "Huh? Guess I got 'em?" The Reaver stared at the shadowy apparition, his head cocked slightly. "I guess I've seen weirder corpses though." He hadn't expected that Takeshi guy to fry that quickly. He hadn't actually been trying to kill him. But Takeshi's ruse was still convincing to The Reaver due to the fact that The Reaver's incredible strength sometimes led to him accidentally killing people without meaning to. Not that that bothered him too much. "Honestly I was hoping it would last a little longer. He seemed alright."

After Takeshi had managed to get out of Reaver's blast range he responded to his conversation. "Foxes? A girl named Lily...? You know that sounds awfully familiar. Maybe I heard it from somewhere... Noticing Emma was a bit upset about what The Reaver was saying, he knew that she didn't like it. "Emma doesn't seem to interested...though you should give this Lily girl another go! I'm sure she'd ease up to it if you try hard enough! Now I hope Lord Death forgives me for what I'm about to do, I don't want to be assassinated." Encouraging him to go after this girl he threw the orb of madness at him, expecting him to somehow manage to avoid it. There was a good chance The Reaver might be able to dodge his attack, he was capable of fighting Takeshi with super quick speed using his resonance force so he doubted he couldn't do the same to increase his speed through his feet. If the orb of madness were to explode most nearby building would be destroyed and the land fried as it is engulfed with a black energy that was Takeshi's madness. Even though he was fighting within the streets of death city he had to go all out or else he would could be killed swiftly by The Reaver's strength.

The Reaver laughed and shook his head. "Nah, we- wait." His expression changed slightly. "To which alternate world are you referring?" He asked curiously. "Because this is the alternate world to me. And if you're from where I'm from. Well, I don't know you. And that means you're definitely a bad guy. Or a good guy, depending on how you look at things." He took one swift step backwards as Takeshi launched his orb of madness and jumped slightly in the air, spinning around in a full circle before kicking out with his leg, booting the shadow orb straight towards Emma. "Oops!" He called out as the shadow orb rushed towards Emma with the same destructive purpose. "Oh no! Takeshi save her!" The Reaver called, clapping his hands over his head like he was truly worried though he was obviously being sarcastic. He was trying to make an expression like he was worried be he was too busy failing in biting back a grin at his own shenanigans. "I'll Never make it in time! She's going to die! Somebody do something!" Just as the shadow ball neared Emma a blurred image streaked out of a nearby alleyway, slamming into the ball of shadow and sending it flying sideways into a nearby building.
Herald stood in front of Emma in his true form, curls of black smoke rising from his body where he had hit the ball of shadow along with some dark burn marks. "Okay, so he's a bit stronger than I gave him credit for..." Herald growled as he stood up straight, looking over at where the shadow ball had exploded. "Oh yay! We have a savior! What a hero! Aren't we so lucky that he happened to be nearby!?" The Reaver called, throwing his arms up in the air dramatically. "Shut up. It didn't take a genius to figure that out," Herald told The Reaver. His voice was rougher and more bestial now that he had returned to his normal form rather than the deeper smoother voice he had had before. He turned to look at Emma, though his expression was angry. "What are you still doing here!?" He asked her. "The entire point of this was to ditch the cat and keep going on our own!" Clearly Herald had been expecting Emma to leave Takeshi to his fate as if it were an obvious choice. "Oh, so what I'm chopped liver or something? I ain't your wingman bud! If you want to get rid of extra baggage YOU can beat him up!" The Reaver obviously wasn't legitimately mad; in fact he seemed to find the situation even more funny. Herald looked up at where Takeshi was. "How are you still alive??" He asked the boy. "The Reaver should have killed you by now." The Reaver gave a shrug. "Hey, he's a real trooper. He can also do this thing with shadows that makes him look like he's dead but in fact he's behind you with a big ball of shadowy pain. It's kinda neat."

A vein appeared on her head when Herald yelled at her, obviously having enough "I knew it, you jerk!" she shouted, pointing at him with an obviously ticked off expression on her face "He looks up to you and you decide to throw him to the wolves?! Literally! No I am not going to leave him here and skip away laughing like you!" she told him. "God you're such a jerk sometimes..." she muttered before turning to The Reaver "And you! My day has sucked so far so don't you dare throw one more attack at me or you've got a three against one fight where I will OWN YOU this time around!" she snapped. Emma was nice a majority of the time. Cheerful too. It took quite a bit to get her pretty agitated. This whole issue seemed to have done that. ☾

He stuck out his tongue towards him in a childish manner to show his disgust in him. Picturing a big scary wolf Takeshi remembered how tall Herald was and pictured him getting even taller in his wolf form. He could picture it now, big claws, a thick fur coat, and big scary eyes that could look you in the very soul. Speaking of the devil Herald seemed to show up again, Takeshi seemed happy at first but then he remembered what The Reaver said about Herald possibly setting this up so he could be killed, he also seemed a bit frightened by Herald's current appearance as well. What would have turned into a smile turned into a frown. Walking over to Herald and Emma he stopped a fair distance from them, meanwhile The Reaver was going on about how Takeshi wasn't what he thought him to be. Once again acting in a child-like manner he scratched the back of his head and spoke with a rather high pitched voice. "Oh stop it! Don't go on! Really I'm not that great...just because you say all those nice things doesn't mean I'll forgive you for trying to hurt Emma. A nice girl, wonder what the likes of you did managed to make her dislike you so much." Thinking about what The Reaver said back when he launched his attack towards Emma, Takeshi stopped his childish behavior. "I would have laughed at your earlier joke too if it didn't involve killing my friends, not that I have friends. More of one familiar accomplice...but that sorta counts!" Moving on to Herald he looked down on him despite the major height differences. "You mister almost killed me. I'm very disappointed in you. And to think you and my familiars could have been friends, I was sorely mistaken! I don't think I want you as a master anymore! Hmph!" It wasn't clear if Takeshi was acting childish again or not. From the way it sounded it could have been perceived in that manner but some of it was a bit true. "Just for the record I'm frankly offended by all this. An apology is an order but I don't really care for you anymore, and I'm certainly not a push over when I fight...not that I'm saying I'm strong or anything...or am I?" Turning his attention to The Reaver he cleared his throat. "Ahem! Just because I'm from the alternate dimension don't assume the worst of me. I wouldn't describe myself as good...but I haven't decided yet if I want to become a villain either. Guess you can put me in between. Funny right? Usually people would know something like sides by now. So...are we still going to fight or...ice cream?" Clearly that last part was a joke but it could have been taking seriously due to the tone of Takeshi's voice.

+ Black Step - Very similar to the original Takeshi's blue step the black step is a variation of it. By resonating with himself Takeshi is capable of moving at super high speeds leaving behind a blur like after image of him. The reason why the technique gets the name Black Step is because of the clothing Takeshi wears, when the after image of Takeshi is left it looks all black and fuzzy due to his clothing. Unlike the original the alternate can use this technique in quick succession due to his stamina so he could out speed anyone he comes into contact with. Anyone that is unfortunate enough to battle Takeshi will have a hard time catching up with him. This technique can't be used in his madness release form because Takeshi doesn't travel the way he does when he is using madness to enhance most of his capabilities. Most people confuse this technique as teleportation but truly its Takeshi's speed. In his kishin form this move is referred to him as the black dance due to the dramatically enhanced speed boost.
+ Soul Protect - A technique that is in constant use by Takeshi. In order to escape Shibusen's meisters and weapons Takeshi will use soul protect. This allows Takeshi to bypass soul perception which would be able to distinguish his soul from an average humans soul. Most with soul perception will see his soul as a human soul and have no clue of his warlock soul. He is also capable of disguising his wavelength to that of a regular cat. Since there are certain people that would be able to detect lies due to the fluctuations of wavelengths Takeshi has learned to keep his wavelength calm so no one would be able to detect his lies.
+ Familiars - Around the time Takeshi was still going to the DMA in the alternate universe he managed to animate his toy teddy bear. He named it Cookie and cares a great deal for it, calling it a him instead of a her since it didn't seem as feminine. Normally the stuffed bear is used for stuff such as household chores or guarding Takeshi while he sleeps. Cookie means the world to Takeshi and so far he thinks of them as the only beings he could truly trust. Always around Takeshi, he wears them on an article of his clothing all of the time which is usually his sweater. All he has to do is say his name and the familiar will awaken and grow a bit bigger in size. Cookie can't speak but Takeshi can understand every movement he makes since they have a unique link. Usually when he awakens the stick on the bear in toy mode will also grow. So far Cookie has been known to be used as a spy, guard, and even test dummy for training. Cookie is surprisingly fast and is able to move without detection, especially since he has no soul. After sustaining some damage they will revert back to their toy form. Cookie can scale tall buildings with a super jump but other than that and the previously mentioned features, that's all he could do. His other familiars are a bit different and are summoned for combat reasons. When using his shadow magic Takeshi can create familiars that are produced from his own shadows. These familiars aren't as strong individually but more of as a group. Usually producing five to ten shadows in order to attack his enemies Takeshi will order them to attack his enemies. The first familiars, shadows, are the weakest and capable of just scratching attacks and more stuff when they're in a group. Stalkers are the next level of shadows and much more quick and able than shadows. Most of the time Takeshi will create just five since they are more than capable of fighting by themselves.
+ Madness Overload - A technique that allows Takeshi to take on even the mightiest of foes. By amplifying the madness already within himself, Takeshi can fight on the level of a human that is undergoing madness release. When under the powerful influence of madness Takeshi's traits and abilities and greatly enhanced enabling him fight on an entirely new level. Upon using this technique Takeshi will also change his appearance greatly such as wearing a black cloak made of madness, his feet will also sink into the ground leaving only his legs. The way Takeshi travels now is by sinking into the ground as a shadow, his body now bends and twists in strange ways. Only when Takeshi uses madness overload is he capable of summoning his unique mask and weapon made of madness which you could learn more about in the description above. Among the new abilities Takeshi obtains he can transform his body into a shadow and phase through an enemys attack. This lasts one post and needs a five post cool down. Towards the end of training to learn how to control his madness he developed this form. Amplifying his own madness was a huge risk therefore Takeshi's master didn't like the idea of using it in battle but the young man will still use it if needed. Because of Takeshi's training with the cultist he is able to control the madness even more now and can freely enter this stage whenever he wants and maintain it for extended periods of time. Despite being able to fully control the madness release his personality will change to closely resemble that of a madman. His fighting style will be unpredictable and hard to follow. Just because he loses some sanity Takeshi will still be able to know the difference between friend and foe alike so his allies won't be in any real danger.
+ Kishin Form - This form is a last resort. When Takeshi enters this form his speed is unmatched and his strength unparalleled. His defense is also given an amazing boost as well as all his five senses. Though when undergoing this form Takeshi makes sure to chain these big morning stars on his arms as a sort of restraint. Even with the restraints Takeshi is able to move at high speeds in this form easily as if the restraints didn't even exist. After eating many pure human souls fed to him by the cult that raised him he began to grow more aggressive. More powers were revealed and he was coming closer to becoming a true kishin however he started losing himself. He would see illusions and go into these panic attacks. It was awful for the boy. Losing his sanity he said he wouldn't eat another pure human soul until his training to carry out the cults mission would be carried out. Later he would get better and regain his sanity but he would still swear off of eating pure human souls. He uncovered this form after eating the last pure human soul he would eat at the abandoned hospital. Everyone immediately thought that Takeshi was in the process of becoming a kishin because his wavelength was reaching levels that closely resembled that of a regular kishin, however this wasn't the case. Quickly his body changed and his eyes didn't even look normal anymore. Just as everyone was about to celebrate his awakening as a kishin he reverted back to his average form. Later he would learn that he could enter this form freely though every time he did his body would be under heavy stress afterwards. Despite obtaining this form he can't maintain it for large periods of time unless he becomes a full fledged kishin. By eating just one more pure human soul Takeshi will become a true kishin and transform into his kishin form permanently. Without the restraints Takeshi can attack using his claws or his legs to cause devastating damage. He also gains the ability to manipulate and produce intense black flames of madness from his body. These can be used for a number of purposes such as using it in physical combat, creating barriers of black flames, and even incorporating a battle style for it. The black flames are extremely intense and are more deadly than average flames. Ultimately this form is stronger than his madness overlord form. If Takeshi uses this form in succession he will grow a third eye on his forehead symbolizing that the madness has nearly taken over him and his mind on the border between sane and insane.
+ Madness Manipulation - The ultimate form of madness is being able to harness that power and control it. This ability of Takeshi allows him to use his madness to enhance his physical prowess and speed. Thanks to this ability Takeshi is able to use his shadow magic offensively as well as concentrate the madness through his sword to enhance his cutting ability. Madness manipulation is the ability to use the massive amounts of madness within someone to empower the user or compress it into the form of blasts and beams. Madness is available to everyone since most people have at least a small amount of madness within them. Only those with immeasurable amounts of madness could unleash the full potential of its empowering properties. Depending on the person the effects of madness will effect everyone differently. Being the new embodiment of fear Takeshi's madness is terror. His magic is the control of shadows. By empowering himself with madness he is covered in a black shadow like aura that makes itself very apparent. Though empowering his body with madness gives him a darker look this isn't a form that can be compared to his other two but he does consider it due to the appearance change. This empowerment transformation is known as Shadow Drive hence the aura that would be emanating from him. When compressing the madness into a destructive force Takeshi can create black balls of madness that cause dome like explosions that range quite far. Compressing it into a form of blast is also possible. Finally Takeshi can alter the form of the madness and change the shape of it, enabling him to convert the madness into weapons. In weapon form the madness is highly weak to an Anti-Demon wavelength and will immediately disperse should a user come into contact with it.

Altering the shape and form of shadows was the original limitation before Takeshi's madness amplified its powers and changed the shadows he controls into a physical form. Much like vector magic, shadow magic is very similar in the way it attacks, although shadow magic differs and has some unique limits. "I didn't skip," Herald replied to Emma angrily. "And yeah, so what?" When Emma turned and pointed at The Reaver he held his hands up innocently. "Geez, blame Takeshi for that one. All I did was deflect it." He looked over at Takeshi. "I didn't cheat anything. You just need to be more responsible with your attacks. Or even better, just beg me for mercy. Emma never would have been in danger if you'd just done that." He shrugged when Takeshi wondered aloud what he'd done to upset Emma. "It's not that. She just gets flustered when I'm around and doesn't know how to deal with it." Herald turned his attention towards Takeshi for a moment. "How about I pop your head like a tick? Maybe I should have done that to begin with?" He snarled. The Reaver laughed out loud when he heard Takeshi's question. "I have a better idea! Let's all go to Herald's place! That'll REALLY piss him off!" Herald spun to face The Reaver. "You better no-!" But before Herald could even finish his sentence The Reaver focused his energy and a red portal opened underneath them. As the alternate version of Herald, The Reaver was the only one besides Emma and Herald that could open the portal to their realm. "Too late! Haha!"

If Takeshi uses this form in succession he will grow a third eye on his forehead symbolizing that the madness has nearly taken over him and his mind on the border between sane and insane.
+ Madness Manipulation - The ultimate form of madness is being able to harness that power and control it. This ability of Takeshi allows him to use his madness to enhance his physical prowess and speed. Thanks to this ability Takeshi is able to use his shadow magic offensively as well as concentrate the madness through his sword to enhance his cutting ability. Madness manipulation is the ability to use the massive amounts of madness within someone to empower the user or compress it into the form of blasts and beams. Madness is available to everyone since most people have at least a small amount of madness within them. Only those with immeasurable amounts of madness could unleash the full potential of its empowering properties. Depending on the person the effects of madness will effect everyone differently. Being the new embodiment of fear Takeshi's madness is terror. His magic is the control of shadows. By empowering himself with madness he is covered in a black shadow like aura that makes itself very apparent. Though empowering his body with madness gives him a darker look this isn't a form that can be compared to his other two but he does consider it due to the appearance change. This empowerment transformation is known as Shadow Drive hence the aura that would be emanating from him. When compressing the madness into a destructive force Takeshi can create black balls of madness that cause dome like explosions that range quite far. Compressing it into a form of blast is also possible. Finally Takeshi can alter the form of the madness and change the shape of it, enabling him to convert the madness into weapons. In weapon form the madness is highly weak to an Anti-Demon wavelength and will immediately disperse should a user come into contact with it.
+ Black Shadow Magic - This is the type of magic that Takeshi uses as a Warlock. By fusing Takeshi's magical power with the shadows he can manipulate them making them fall under his command. Now before the madness had made its presence known within the young warlock's body, this form of magic wasn't as deadly. It allows the complete manipulation of shadows within the nearby vicinity. Altering the shape and form of shadows was the original limitation before Takeshi's madness amplified its powers and changed the shadows he controls into a physical form. Much like vector magic, shadow magic is very similar in the way it attacks, although shadow magic differs and has some unique limits. Takeshi can only manipulate shadows when there are actually shadows, he can't function well in areas devoid of light entirely. Despite being able to control shadows only Takeshi's shadow can be used in an offensive manner. After Takeshi's shadows have been amplified by his own madness they've evolved and managed to grow eyes and mouthes with teeth. These mouthes are capable of eating and the eyes link back to Takeshi, basically it enables father eye sight. Takeshi's shadow can take on a variety of shapes, from sharp spikes to tendril-like hands. He can also manipulate, slice through or devour anything that comes in contact with his shadow and it appears invulnerable to conventional physical harm, although it can be deflected by sufficiently hard objects. He can also see and talk through his shadowy eyes and mouths wherever his shadow can extend. Any form of light magic interferes with Takeshi's shadow magic. Madness induced shadows however are much more resilient than the regular shadows Takeshi manipulates. After using madness overload Takeshi's whole body will be able to transform into a physical form of the shadows themselves enabling him to use his shadow magic anywhere. In his madness induced form Takeshi must travel by sinking into the ground and moving in a way as if he was swimming on the ground as a shadow. When under the effects of madness Takeshi is still able to move as a shadow in areas devoid of light, able to use his body as a weapon.
