"Jace that was so mean!" Rose was still fuming... totally oblivious to everyone else.
"Gordin?" Kuro asked slowly. "What's the matter?" Kuro had watched the demon go from flushed to pasty white.

"Aki, roll the window down." Gordin muttered lowly, so only the driver (Akio) could hear, he nodded, confused why, but still obeyed and the window rolled down all the way, Gordin unbuckled his seatblet and hopped out onto the roof, pulling out three throwing needles that were dipped in poison...
"What the?! Gordin!" Jace also hopped out and loaded a small BB gun she had picked put from a novelty store they had passed, She grimaced, and leaned down to reply to Rose, "Sorry, i had to." She grinned and pulled herself up only to see that Gordin had silently jumped onto the roof of a car that were a few lanes over, "Hey! Wait up! Aki! Make sure everyone else stays!"

Rose opened her mouth then closed it. "What is happening?" Rose asked as she leaned towards Akio.

Aki just shrugged as he sped down a freeway, "I don't know, but I think we should get away soon, if gordin had done that to get to someone, it might be his brother..."

"GAH! Might as well follow them. Now, let's see if I have Jace's talent in Eteru magia...
Eteru Magia; Spacial Barrier!" Aki parked the van next to a streetlight that and slammed the door behind him, announcing the magia right after touching the ground, soon, all of the other cars had disappeared and only those that had remained was those that were in the van, Aki himself, and the three that had already run off...
"What the?!" Jace bumped into a barrier to the side of her and watched Gordin follow a familiar shadow wall running on the barrier, small electric sparks forming at the two runners' feet...

"Okay." Rose hopped out of the van. "Now what?" She looked around. At the moment she actually felt like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

"this way...?" Aki pointed to the direction that the trio had run off to, until two demons had been spotted coming toward the van, they seemed to be almost on fire, as the raced past Aki still on the barrier wall...

Suddenly the lights had gone out, and only the evening sun lighted the streets, "Gah..." A loud thud came from a few meters in front of the van, Aki ran up to the figure that had landed, and it had turned out to be none other than Gordin himself,
"Get away if you don't want to die, fool." A sinister voice came from behind the wounded demon...

Rose blinked. Everything was clear... of course to the demon of the shadows. Though... playing it up might not be a bad idea. "Akio? Was that you?" Rose ran towards the three of them. "What happened? Who was talking? Kuro where are you?"

Jace followed Gordin and his twin to a few familiar demons and demonesess, she decided to hide in the nearby trees and wait to see what happens...
"Aki stepped away quickly, but also pulled out a small butcher knife and waited for the twin to make his move, "N-no, Rose. It wasn't me..."

Pretending to be as blind as the Kuro she walked towards the twin. "So then who was it?" She sighed. "Why did the lights go out?"
