Blithe looked onto this with horror in her eyes, an uncontrolable pained noise echoning in the minds of everyone involved as if it had been her who'd gotten cut. She sheilded her eyes.

The razor slashed through the nerve and Salazar howled out in pain. <******** 20's. The wound started to bleed, but Salazar managed to get enough control to fling his head into Kirai's. The blow knocked her back enough to send her falling through the branches. With the moment he had left he attempted to heal himself, but he had wasted up a good portion of his power already, he could only stop the bleeding. s**t

Kirai didn't expect him to have enough self-control to head-butt her, let alone so quickly. She hit the ground with a loud thud, but with an unamused expression rose to her feet immediately instinctively and held her razor up to her face. A trickle of blood ran down her face from her hairline.Her skin was still burning and healing over, hitting the ground hurt, and she felt momentarily confused from the hard blow to the head. Looking past her reflection in the silver blade up at Salazar, Rosette immediately realized he had the advantage and was going to lunge at her and she jumped backwards to try to avoid it.

Salazar grudged through the pain and located where Kirai fell. Taking a deep breath and clenching his fist, he leaped from the tree, free arm aiming for her chest. Sadly, she moved at the last moment. But he still managed to get a good slash across her leg. "Ha!" He shouted, giddy that the move FINALLY worked.

Kirai felt the cut, but it was a moment before it stung. It was deep and clean, like slicing through silk. Her body healed it quickly, already on over-drive healing every square inch of her skin as the sun continuously burned it. Landing on her feet, she pushed her body heading with her elbow into Salazar's with all the strength she could muster in her leg he had not cut. Her body slammed into his as she grasped his right shoulder with her left hand and pushed him back a good ten yards and sandwiched his body between hers and a tree. Her whole body was tensed up with every muscle as tight as she could make them, if Salazar had been a human, this could have potentially crushed in a man's ribcage.
Kirai's silence was unsettling.

The slam caused him to cough up a bit of blood, and it felt like one of his ribs was going to crack. But he tensed up enough to avoid it. The wind got knocked out of him and he was trying to breather when something occurred to him. For a small, fleeting moment. He felt her body against his and was tranquil. She was surprisingly warm, her skin was soft. He wanted nothing more than to kiss her.But soon he realized that she wasn't his, she belonged to Edward, and there was nothing he could do about it. He yelled out in fury and he sent her flying back onto the ground. He quickly regained his senses and tried to heal himself in the little time he had left before she got up. Nothing happened.

Blithe was begining to panic, but she prayed this woman would keep her word and that Salazaar would pass out soon, so she could recover his ody befor he died of blood loss.... She was so worried, she didn't even have time to feel slightly jealous. It took all of her self controll she had to not force him into an unconcious state herself.

Kirai hit the ground and rolled with the motion over onto her feet. Again, silence. She slightly felt, she knew, a bit of how he felt during that fleeting moment. The unchanging expression on her face faded into something a bit softer... But when Kirai remembered this passion was the same feeling that nearly cost her her life, she tensed back up and any softness or empathy vanished from sight. A slight pain her her head started to take place, and she could feel her body growing weaker and weaker... this would have to end quickly.
Kirai flipped the razor over into her left hand and dashed at him, getting ready to slice him open deep enough across the torso to end it all for now. She was still fast, but not nearly as fast as she was when she inflicted the first attack on Salazar.

Cassandra_Complex "Her name's Lexi, Alexas, I mean, Alexas Vaught... " he said sodtly, then looked up "She wants to name that baby Brook, after her father, and the place she grew up in, Shadybrook. It was a housing complex..."Jonah looked at him, and could see this was something he wasn't expecting to happen. He merely nodded and rubbed Natasha's arm.Liza looked at them both and giggled, going on pajama and blankie duty. They had a system worked out now. A good one. Natasha nodded and sighed, sinking into the chair a little. "Back then did she have a voice? Because she doesn't have vocal cords now." She made sure Brook was asleep before standing and placing her back in the plastic crib.
Nate finished the bath after having Ethan splash around for a little bit and then got him dried. He took him to the bedroom and placed him on their bed, tickling him after getting a dipper on him.

Fixture shook his head. "Naw, she hasn't vocal cords since she was twelve. They had to be surgically removed... " He sighed and looked at Natasha " Seriously... someone fix this...."[/color]
Ethan giggled and sneezed, turning Nate into a little white kitten. Liza walked in and dropped his PJs shocked, then burst into laughter.

Natasha nodded. "Just talk to her Fixture, she responds to you well." She rolled Brook out of the room and to the other new borns, giving her a bracelet with her name on it and her mother's room number so people knew where she belonged.
Nate jumped onto the bed and glared at Liza, meowing at her frustrated.

Fixture sighed and nodded "Wake up Lexi, you've got a baby waiting for you... you hear that? come on, I need you Lexi, wake up..." he said touching her cheek gently.
Liza giggled furiously and looked at him, lifting him up and scratching his ears. "I warned you you'd get turned into strange things. You aren't magical. " she said kissing his head soothingly "ok Ethan baby, turn daddy back or else you'll be in big trouble little man." she said.

Lexi turned into his hand again and lifted her hand, grabbing his arm. Her eyes slowly opened and looked up at him before shooting up and looking around. She started to use American Sign Language to talk and was freaking out, her hands moving fast.
Ethan sneezed a few times, turning Nate into a bird, a bear cub, and then his normal self. "That wasn't cool little dude." He couldn't help but chuckle though, kissing him on his head.

Fixture caught her wrists and pulled her into his arms soothingly. "It's ok Lex.... Brooks getting her shots and she'll be back soon for you to hold her... It's alright you're safe. What's happened?" he asked his voice soothing.
Liza just put her hands in Nate's pockets and grinned "I thought it was cute...."

Lexie leaned over and got a pen and a piece of paper, writing down on it. "After you left I fell in love with a male nurse. We were to be married but he quite his job and became abusive. That is his baby but he has no right. But we have to watch her, he could easily get in and take her away from me." Tears were falling from her cheeks and she handed him the note pad, her hands shaking.
Natasha came in and stood next to Jonah, waiting for something else to help Lexie get better. She was happy she was awake, and would tell her doctor in a few minutes.
Nate chuckled and kissed Liza softly. "I was a cat, an animal I chase when I'm bored or hungry."
