Hana woke up and looked out of the window and the sun was shining brightly. Remembering about meeting Chan, she quickly gets up and dresses. Once downstairs the keeper tells her Chan's message. Nodding she tells her goodbyes and leaves to follow Chan.

Sojiro walked through the familiar streets of Ako city.
He walked from vendor to vendor, buying food and Replentishing his water. He also bought a few more shurikens just in case.
That Gargoyle he fought with earlier had a green lump on its back.
Was it sick?
Or did this lead to a whole new mystery?
Sojiro continued his walk.

[ Message temporarily off-line ]

"Well Runa, I guess we'll have to take the chance with the blacksmith." I said as I looked up at the sky and saw that it was almost dawn. "But right now I think its best that we find a place to stay and then look for that blacksmith."

Looking around I recognized the building that we had stayed before.."Runa lets go there and get a room and then in the morning we can go to the blacksmith and then return to the desert." Seeing Runa nodding in agreement we headed towards the inn and tied the horse to a nearby tree.

Walking inside the inn, I quickly asked for a room, "Sir can we have a room please?"

"Sure you can my dear." said the clerk with a sly smile, and then handing me the key.."Room 10, just go up the stairs and turn right and its right on the right side of the hall." he said.

"Thank you sir, and I'll pay you in the morning when we check out, is that ok?" I asked as I took the key from him

"That's fine, I'll be looking for you in the morning." he stated and again smiled funny at them both.

Turning to Runa, "come on Runa, I got us a room." I said and we both headed up the stairs and to our room.

I quickly unlocked the door and we went in and as I shut the door I noticed that the clerk was still watching us. I shut the door and bolted it shut. "That guy gives me the creepy jeepies." I said to Runa.

Takara, woke with the morning sun shining upon her face. Turning towards Runa and seeing her sound asleep still. She quickly got up and tidy herself up, making sure not to make too much noise for Runa was indeed exhausted from the ride to the mountains and then to other places. Coming out from the washroom, Takara quickly glanced over again at Runa to make sure she was still sleeping.

"Well Im wide awake now and am ready to start my day off." she said to herself, "Guess I might as well go out and get something to eat and look around the city."

Making sure to take the key with me, for she was going to lock the door behind her. Speaking softly to Runa, "Runa, I'll be back later, Im going to go and find out some information of where we can find that blacksmith." smiling to myself for all Runa did was moan..and mumbled "uh huh"..

With that I turned and headed out of the room making sure the door is lock. Looking down into the lobby I could see that clerk standing there behind the counter and staring up at her. "Great now I have to deal with that guy." she mumbled under her breath.

Coming down the stairs, I smiled at the clerk and said, "I'm going out into the city, if my friend comes out looking for me please inform her my whereabouts."

"Yes ma'am, I sure will and are you going to pay for the room now, or when you come back?" he asked with a sly smile upon his face.

"I'll pay for the room when I come back for my friend is still sleeping and I dont want anyone to disturb her while I'm away." I stated.

"Ok, no one will disturb your friend..may I ask what are you looking for within the city?" he asked.

"Oh I need to look for a blacksmith do you happen to know where I can locate one?" Takara asked.

"Hmmm, well there's one that is located south from here, just go down the road and then turn left at the end of the road. You cant miss his shop for its the only one that is at the end of the road once you turn left." he replied and then said, "Ma'am just make sure you have protection for that area isnt safe for someone like you."

"Thank you sir, I will be fine." she stated and with that she turned and headed out the door. Looking around, she decided to walk instead of taking the horse for she knew he was going to need all the rest he could for we had a long trip back. As she was walking south as the clerk had stated she looked at all the lil shops on the way down. Also the merchants preparing for their day of business on the roads.

Takara was so out of it, that she didnt even hear someone walking up behind her, until she heard her name. Turning to see who was saying her name, she saw the familiar face. "Xi, you scared the daylights out of me...How are you doing?" smiling at him.

I looked up as soon as they were gone and strained for my daggar, if i could reach it...they would all pay. Stupid, easy-to-beat samurai, I thought. They had tied me up good though and I could not move enough to grab ahold of my daggar. I looked around the basment, not much was down here except boxes. I closed my eyes and opened them again looking around. I was out of ideas at the moment and becoming scared, I did not want to wait and faind out what the samurai had in store for me when they came back. I've called out to Takara before.....I hope it works again, "Takara....please come help me, basement of the inn I think, tied up....samurais....I'm pretty sure they run the inn....sneak in....There are no windows that I can see down here....be careful....get help first", I finaly finished and then stared out at the room. I was very mad but I was scared too as I sat there unable to anything but wait.

"I'm alright, how are...", before Xi' could finish replying to her, she had interrupted him saying that someone might be in danger. "I see. What do you wish to do?," he asked her, unsure of what else to ask exactly. It seems there was always some kind of trouble when it came to Takara and her friends, but he was slowly getting used to it.
