Earthquake proof your house? Have a safe zone? Make an emergency supplies kit with lots of water and a first aid kit? Lots of non perishable food and a solar/kinetic powered radio??

Well, I don't see why you can't make one. They're easy. Just keep it all in a tupperware box or whatever in your closet. Or under your bed or whatever.

Lol, Z you reminded me of this one show that's about people ordering/having installed bunkers for every type of situation...I can't remember what its called, but it'd be cool to have one that on the outside doesn't look like much, but on the inside is nicer than most hotels.

Yeah! That'd be neat! A zombie apocalypse hideaway!
The only earthquake I ever felt was at basic and only me and my FTP felt it. Which was funny cause my whole platoon was sitting on the ground. XD

I've had a variety of earthquakes, they're pretty common to California.

Hahaha you guys are too solid! Lol. I think I'd be freaked out about an actual large earth quake. As I recently saw a TV survival show that kind of blew everything I thought I knew about earthquake survival out the window.
It was like, don't go under a table, go near furniture that can support/ create space (they used the couch). Etc etc...
I was like..no doorways? No tables? I can't run ??? WHAAAA???
