Tohru waved at the two and looked towards the new girl again. She inwardly sighed. This girl was a little loud for her liking. But at the very least she wanted to work hard.
She looked at the girl, waiting for her to tell Tohru her name.

Yachiru turned her attention to one of the maids that had walked up to her "hi my name is Yachru Yagyu,Nice to meet you" Rune said bowing "And if you don't mind but what is yours?" She asked grabbing her stuff,and placeing it on her back.

Yumeko fidgeted again, wiggling her toes inside her socks. "Um... short on maids?" she asked, looking at her feet. She shrugged. "I'm here to clean, anyway." Looking inquisitively at Tohru, she added, "but I'm not really sure about the chain of command here."

Tohru blinked amazed. She had just gotten there and now she was to show the other new recruits around.
She bowed at both of them. "My name is Torhu Foxchan, and I am a maid. It's nice to meet you Yachru. And you are?" she asked the other new maid. "I'll show both of you what Tora-sama showed and told me."
'I'm glad I studied about okiyas and geishas before coming here,' Tohru thought before answering the new maid's question.
"The chain of command is simple. There is the Okaa-san who is the head of everyone. Then geisha, then maiko...and then we are at the bottom. We are to do whatever we are told," Tohru explained.

"Akazawa Yumeko," replied the maid, with another bow. "It's nice to meet you." She chewed the inside of her lip, thinking over Tohru's words, and then smiled hesitantly. "Sorry, I didn't mean to overwhelm you," she said. "This is all very new to me."

Turning to the other girl beside yachiru smiled and bowed " hi my name is Yachiru Yagyu,oh and nice to meet you Torhu Foxchan" She said childly,then bowed to the two girls.

Tohru smiled and nodded. "It's all right. I studied a lot before coming here. Today is my first day, too. Here, let me show you around, Akazawa-san, Yachiru-san," Tohru said smiling at the two girls.
She showed them to kitchen. "We are to cook and clean and always mind our superiors. We are not allowed outside of the okiya unless on an errand." She then walked towards the maids' quaters. "These are our quaters. Our futons are to be made up and put away here," Tohru explained showing them the same door Tora-sama had shown her.
"And that's what Tora-sama, one of the geisha here, showed me."

Yumeko giggled, a somewhat rare occurance. "Oh, you can call me Yumeko. It's not a large matter of pride, being an Akazawa." She looked around her, hardly having been able to drink in the splendor of the okiya during the tour. "Cooking, cleaning, obedience, inside unless bidden otherwise," she repeated, half to herself. "This will be easy." She shrugged, leaning a little in the direction of the kitchen. "...but... it's nearly mealtime, no? Should we get started on the food?"

"alright then lets get to work then" Yachiru said placing her things in the maids quarters, inside she claimed a futon " I'm going to go find the cleaning supplies and clean the floors,see you guys later" Yahchiru said tying her hair up and walking out. looking around she found the cleaning supplies a rag and a bucket. Filling it up with water she carried it to the front to start cleaning.

Tohru smiled at Yumeko. She almost remembers her father talking about Akazawa before. She shook her head. No, that life was behind her. She was a geisha now...she was no longer a Foxchan.
Tohru nodded. "It would be a good idea to get started." She rolled up the sleeves of her yukata and walked towards the kitchen. "Let's get started."

In unconscious imitation of Tohru, Yumeko pushed her yukata's sleeves up her bony forearms. "Yes, let's," she agreed, stepping into the kitchen and taking a closer look at everything. "I guess you need a lot of food to keep a place this size running," she said, staring at some huge bags of rice piled in the corner. "Shall I make some onigiri?" she asked, moving towards them.

((so sorry for not posting in such a long time something came up and I became busy))
After finishing up in the rooms Rune walked down stairs to continue her chores. She then spotted a new maid cleaning the floor walking up to her she bowed gracefully "Hi I see your the new maid here,May I ask what is your name?" Rune said sitting on her knees smiling,she could tell from just looking at the girl that she was a loud and hyper kid. "oh and my name is Rune,just Rune" Rune said bowing.

Tohru nodded, taking a simple ribbon out of the sleeve of her yukata. She tied back her long black hair out of her green eyes. She surveyed the kitchen, looking in cabinets, seeing the different foods and supplies.
After surveying everything, she decided on stew. She took out a pot and placed it on the stove, heating some water inside it.
She took out a cutting board and knife and started to chop off different vegetables, placing them in the pot as she finished. When she finished the vegetables, she took out a slab of beef and chopped it up, adding it to the pot.
Her stew brewing she got out a tea pot and started some tea. She turned towards Yumeko and asked, "Do you like to cook Yumeko-san?"

Yachiru stopped what she was doing and looked up seeing another maid had appeared she bowed with the wet cloth still in her hands "my name Yachiru Yagyu, Rune-san" Yachiru said her head hitting the wet cloth,she then looked up water was dripping from her forehead. "so have you been here long?" Yachiru said wiping away the water and continued to work. While she talked to Rune and thinking to herself 'this is so cool i've meet some new people and maybe make a new friend. Oh my mother would be proud' Yachiru thought to herself,with sparkles in her eyes.
