Mana stilled easily. He made sure not to make a noise. Mana watched slightly nervous.

Amaranth kept watching the others as she comforted Kir. She knew that if they stay still like this, then Kir would either dismiss them as pedestrians or furniture; at least until he snaps out of this.
Kir's shivering started to slow a little, but his grip tightened farther.
"...Are you going to be good now?" Amaranth asked, a little worried about the increasing grip.
For about five seconds, physical pain shot through Kir's back. His hands curled into fists and then relaxed. He moved his hands to the front of Amaranth's shirt and he gripped the fabric, struggling for air. He looked up at his sister with a small smile.
Amaranth looked confused, but she knew he was recovering a little somewhat. She looked up to the others and nodded. It was okay now.

Lily still didn't move very much. She was still very worried about Kir and she wanted to know that he was alright now.

Mana relaxed but continued to watch Kir. He sat down trying to to be to distracting. He wasnt sure if it would be a good idea to talk yet.

Kir looked over and saw Neal. He let go of Amaranth's shirt and brought out his book, "Stop taking her over like that you fiend," He wrote and flung it angrily at his face.

Altair still remained still as much as he could. he watched Amaranth and Kir like a hawk, but softly as not to freak Kir out.

Neal put his hand up in front of his face so that the notebook hit them instead. "I didn't mean to, she was asleep when I woke up, so I took over automatically," he explained after reading the notebook. He picked up the notebook and put it on the bed. People who worked at the Academy threw things at them all the time, so it didn't phase him and it wouldn't have phased Lydia either.

"THEN DON'T WAKE UP!!!" Kir thought incredibly strongly. Blood ran down his face from his bloody bandage. Everyone within that room could hear him loud and clear.
"Kir stop doing that!" Amaranth snapped at him.

Mana was suprised at the suden change in emotion. He knew kir was switching gears realy fast.He wasnt sure if it was normal for him though.

"Kir, you could really hurt yourself," Lily told him, sternly. She agreed with Amaranth, he shouldn't do that.
Neal flinched back from Kir a little. He could feel Lydia awaking again, anyways. "Fine, next time she gets upset, I'll just let the magic take over," he said and then tried to put Lydia in control again. She resisted his efforts however.

Kir clung to Amaranth's shirt again, holding back his tears. His eye felt like it was on fire, "Stop controlling my daughter like that!!!" He thought strongly again.

Mana looked at Lily. "Does he always change gears that fast?" He was slightly worried about it.

"Kir, stop it," lily pleaded. Then she looked to Mana. "When he's upset he does," she told him.
Neal gritted his teeth as he fought to give control back to Lydia, but she didn't want it. She wanted him to deal with everything outside of her head. Finally, he won and was able to go back into his crystallis.
Lydia closed her eyes tightly for a moment and opened them again. She looked afraid again and backed away from the others.

Kir let Amaranth go when Neal gave Lydia back. He rubbed his left eye painfully. Well, it wasn't like there's a life in there anymore anyway...
"Are you okay?" Amaranth asked Lydia soothingly.
Kir moved away. He knew Lydia hated him.

Mana nodded before looking at Lydia. "Lydia its ok. No one will hurt you remember?" He sighed not messing with her emotions at the moment.
