Spidey flipped waited until the last second, then flipped gracefully over the creature's head. Rhino. Definitely. He'd been half-sure before, but that charge had settled it. Landing easily on the horizontal bar of a street light, he made a big show of thinking. "Uh... Nope. Not ringing any bells. Jeez, you must have been one forgettable lump of dumb, ugly muscle, huh?" RHINO WITH A SYMBIOTE.

Missing the Spider, Greed spun to turn around and charge again. But...for some reason he just kept spinning...and kept going straight. After a moment, he spun himself into and through the wall of a nearby building.
Everything was quiet inside the hole for a moment, then a large work desk came flying out of the hole and at Spidey.
After a second, Greed emerged from the hole as well. "I like the blue spider better..." he grumbled.

Spidey flipped up over the desk as it crashed through the street light, attached a webline to it, and sent it crashing back toward Rhino's face. Not that it would do anything. Crap, crap, crap! "Yeah, well, I can already tell that I like Venom better than you. ... Well, not the Gargan version, I guess. You guys are about on par with eachother. Which is pretty pathetic in and of itself."

Telekintically levitating a large gob of grease, Skuld directs it over Rhino's face.
Then to Spiderman who hears a female English voice, "Is there any way to actually stop him?"

EDIT:
Greed tilted his head down so that the desk smashed into his skull and shattered, as expected. What he didn't expect was the glob of slime that suddenly covered his face. Grumbling, he shook his head and made his symbiote as smooth as it could get to let the sludge slide off of him.
"That so? Well is this any better?" he said as he made his symbiotic skin go into camoflauge mode...making it seem as if he just vanished.
The only down side to this now, was that he'd have to move very slowly so that the symbiote could keep changing with the background as he moved. Otherwise, the bug...and whoever was helping...would be able to see him.

Spider-man blinked. "Sonics. Car horns sometimes work. That or fire." He wasn't terribly worried about the disappearing act; this one didn't seem to be related to Venom, so he could sense it.

The volume of space covering the block is filled with glowing glitter which should reveal wher Rhino is.

EDIT:
Greed suddenly stopped as the glitter covered his form. Grumbling to himself, he let his camo go so that he was visible again. It wouldn't have mattered anyway. The sudden burst of noise was enough to make the symbiote drop everything it was doing.
Greed screamed in pain and dropped to his knees, his hands covering his ears. Or...where his ears should have been.

Spider-man winced. The attack wasn't directed at him, but he was on the edges of it. Enough to give him a bit of a headache. "Perfect. Gotta love magic users." Now if she could just keep it on him for a little while longer, Rhino would pass out. ... Probably.

Greed sat hunched over on the concrete, screaming in pain. The symbiot around him was flailing in pain as well. "S-stop! Make it stop!"

Skuld pulls all her effort to maintain the wail, dropping her telekinesis and her invisiblity to pour the additional magical force onto Rhino.

"Hitting him actually doesn't do that much," Spider-man replied loudly, trying to be heard over the cacophony, "If you hadn't noticed." He paused, thinking, then noticed the downed street light... which was sparking with electricity. "Hold on a sec." After swinging over to the thing, he lifted one end of it and started dragging it back toward the other two.
