Tamao
Tamao was totally unprepared for Nazuki's technique. She hadn't even known there was a technique like that, nonetheless one that even beginning ninja could learn. It made her kind of jealous, she didn't have any overtly powerful techniques that even came close to that. Although it did seem to exact a heavy cost. She saw Nazuki fall to the ground and rushed to make sure she was okay. She couldn't see any trace of the Heartless that had survived the onslaught, that attack seemed to have done the trick. She expressed her shock rather eloquently, a single syllable that wasn't even a real word at all. (29 of ? )
She regained her composure, and quickly did the hand seals for her Frost Eyes, creating a large ice-colored eye floating in the air, composed out of the moisture in the air. She sent it on a quick flyby of the area, but didn't see any more Heartless, they all seemed to be transmigrating to the edge of the village, and leaving. She wasn't nearly audacious enough to think that was because of her and Nazuki's actions, but even so, they had done it, they had sort of won! She told Nazuki that, that if all of the creatures were retreating, then they should be safe where they were now, so Nazuki could rest, try to recover from the exhaustion she must be feeling right about now. Nazuki nodded and planted her face into the ground...she would need a few more minutes to recover. How UNCOOL, too have unleashed her best attack and ended up face down in the dirt. But the grass was so soft and cool, and she felt like a slab of pork that's rendered free of germs due to radiation but still regrettably well past its best-before-date.
Pushing herself off the ground finally, Nazuki wobbled into a standing position and picked the grass out of her hair. The damselfly, somehow unharmed, landed on her head and mocked her with its seemingly youthful vigour.
This was the worst...thought Nazuki, being made fun of by a bug...

Tamao
Tamao helped Nazuki to her feet, and held back a bit of laughter at seeing her mussed up, with grass in her hair. Barely. But then, she was hit with a weird sense of deja vu, something about Nazuki looking mussed up seemed halfway familiar again. Shaking her head, she tried to rid herself of the recurring idea, instead she helped dust Nazuki off. She still hadn't seen any more Heartless nearby, and told Nazuki that they all seemed to eb trying to leave. She asked if they should follow, but was hoping the answer was no. Neither of them were in fighting condition, especially Nazuki. But at least neither of them appeared injured. (31 of ? )

Nazuki was relieved to find that the creatures were retreating. It looked like the otokage and the higher-ranked ninja are doing their jobs. Casting a mournful glance at the filthy state of her attire, Nazuki tried to brush off the grime as best as she could. These were her only clothes, the ones she received from the mizukage. She needed to get some ninja gear as soon as possible.
Nazuki watched Tamao’s expression and wasn’t really surprised, perhaps she had remembered? It didn’t really matter, for she was not the thing she used to be…yet it still springs up in her dreams sometimes.

The heartless were gone. With them gone the feelings of loneliness of emptiness were back with a vengeance. Why do I feel so empty now? Wait who am I? The nobody suddenly came to realization that he didn't have an identity.
Maxaku...
What is that supposed to be?
My Name? I don't understand?
Sheathing the other blade behind him Maxaku stood. I have to figure out who I am... With inhuman grace and agility he leaped clearing a distance even amazing for a ninja. He bounded through Sound looking for someone, anyone who could help him. His mask lay on the ground neglected, it started to shimmer before disappearing, only to reappear on Maxaku's face. For the moment he paid the slanted vision no mind. Must find help... So empty... so Cold... Finally the nobody made it to another battlefield, he landed on the ground with a little to much force. He didn't know these Kunoichi, but he begged them for aid. "You have to help me... Who am I?" His gaze switched from female to female eyes wild behind the Samurai's mask. Suddenly his gaze stopped on Tamao, it felt like his skull was going to split. It Hurts! What is this Pain?!? Maxaku clutched at his helmet ripping it off and throwing it to the ground clutching his head.
Memories...
Why do they Hurt so much? His gaze met Tamao's again, but this time he felt no pain, just emptiness. "Can you help me?" One hand still clutched at the side of face obscuring one eye, but the other one staring back was a deep emerald green, a large change from Akuma's slate Grey eyes. It was hard to tell this creature had ever been Akuma, it was taller, lankier and it's hair was long and spiked unlike Akuma's which was short messy and black. The roots were sapphire and shifted to progressively lighter tones until they reached the snow white tips. It would be near impossible to tell that this teen was ever Akuma. 20+21/30

Tamao
Tamao apologized for the half-laugh that had escaped, and suggested they go into town, find someplace to rest and find a change of clothes for Nazuki. Just then, a bizarre being leapt in front of them. It looked like nothing she'd seen before, she assumed it might possibly be another of those creatures. Odd, her Frost eye hadn't even seen it before it had popped up, it must be very fast. It, or he, judging by the voice, begged for help. Startled, she had taken a step backward, wondering just what it was, if it was an enemy. She glanced at Nazuki, wondering what she thought. Should they try to help? (32 of ? )
She debated the matter for an instant, but couldn't take the chance that they were an enemy. If someone came to her asking for help, she'd try to help them. Maybe it was innocence, maybe it was naivette, but it was a part of who she was. She nodded, asking what could she do to help. She felt a moment of relief when the figure took the mask off, showing that they were at least mostly human. With the helmet on, they had look monstrous, and quite imposing. Now, they looked somewhat approachable. She moved a step closer, holding a hand out in a gesture of succor, showing she was willing to help if she could. (33 of ? )

His gaze lept moving going everywhere looking at everything. "D..Do...You know... who I am?" he was a bit shaken, well allot shaken as he began to come to terms with how much he didn't know or remember. "Where are we?" So many questions... many answers... none of them line up he took her hand standing. "I don't even know what I am..." he said looking at his strange clothes and armor. He twisted his left arm bringing the Nobody emblem into sharp relief. "Does this symbol mean anything to you? I feel so lost..." it was painful being a nobody. Do you still think you chose the right path...? The question would go unanswered in his mind. 22/30

Nova had sat, exhausted next to a shiny black turret tower on the north wall of the village. Inside the tower, a Jounin had sat with his arm implanted in a glove compartment. His arm was no ordinary arm though, but that of the Kinuta Clan. The compartment his hand sat in was linked to the twin cannons, from which his sound blasts would come out, amplified several fold. It was a device of the Otokage designed to take heavy artillery battle to a higher level for the village, but now his inventive mind lay dormant within his tired body. The attack had lasted upon the village for a few day now, they had fought without rest, and thus everyone's chakra supply was very low. As hours went by, with him lying there, idle in thought and physical movement.
From within the village, a young lass of about eight made her way to the outer wall, walking up the stair case to the Otokage's side. She extended to him the small vial of purple liquid she had be concocting while the battle had been going. She then realized he could not move, with his blades tossed to his left and right, soiled with black murky liquid. Kneeling down to his left, she placed the vial upon his lips, and he instinctively in took the liquid as it poured into his mouth. It tasted rather bitter, but he could hardly taste at all with the feeling beaten out of him. Physically, he had been able to keep himself from permanent damage with his medical maneuvers, but could not stop his own physical fatigue. All his muscles had been worn out from continuous sword movement, and his armory dull after repetitive severing. As he ingested the purple liquid, his strength slowly revitalized. His senses returned to him, and his will, and thoughts danced back into the corners of his mind. It was not his will to get hurt, it was his will to protect his village.
Time went on, escaping from it's stand still of silent aftermath, and the lass left his side, as well as all the ninja for repairs. The villagers of the sound had been very dedicated to the Otokage after Oroichimaru's vanquishing, they had seemed to have that cling to anyone in power. Their cold hearts of battle had melted to affection, care, and devoted to amends, and as they did so, the exterior barricades of the village slowly disappeared, returning the village to normal order.
Nova was back on his feet now, looking out from the black crystal tower in the center of the village. There, his clairvoyance was multiplied to all the lands, and his psychic gaze fell upon a silver shell of a former man. Near him were two foreign kunoichi to the village, and their happenings were quiet alien to Nova. Fearing some sort of danger, he quickly ran out to the town square where Doragon had sat, resting. His wings had much bandaging across their spans since Nova could not keep the beast healed himself during the battle. Both of the Otokage's hands rested upon the wounds, turning a light green shade. The shade began to patch up the wings quick as possible, and before long, the bandages were discarded.
Clouds sunk below them as they took flight towards the three mystery guests, why they had not been identified was a mystery. Nova quickly began to check his orange set of ninja cards while Doragon maneuvered towards the location. From the cards, he could only pull up one of the kunoichi, Tamao. The silver being was a mystery to him, and the other kunoichi completely unidentifiable under his database, all the more to go explore.
Doragon arrived over the ninja, it's silver scales displaying smooth prominence. The dragon docked itself a few yards to their left, and allowed the kage to remove himself from his back. Nova had no idea what to say, but he approached them silently, and casually with a sort of familiar rhythm.

Tamao
Tamao felt a bit odd when the Nobody grabbed her hand, nobody had really held her hand before, at least in the past few years. Now wasn't the time to be thinking of such things, though. He asked where they were, so she told him. The Village Hidden in the Sound, Otogakure. Then he asked if she recognized the symbol he bore, and she had to admit she didn't. It looked like a cross and upside-down heart, and aside from a slight uneasiness it gave her, she couldn't place it at all. She shook her head a second time, and admitted she didn't recognize it. When he said he was lost, she glanced at Nazuki again, wondering if she had any clue about the silver-clad stranger. (34 of ? )
Just then, a simultaneous shadow and light approached from overhead. Instinctively, she looked up, seeing a large dragon so white as to appear to be almost glowing. She gasped, she'd never seen anything like it before, either. Today was just full of surprises, she couldn't take too many more before she couldn't take it. What was next, Hedoro showing up out of nowhere? she watched as the dragon landed, and a figure dismounted, walking towards them casually. She didn't recognize them, either! She was starting to get a little perplexed and frustrated, too much was going on, she was getting overwhelmed. (35 of ? )

Someone new had arrived while he was freaking out, and when his gaze met the newcomers the familiar pain exploded in his head. Something should be there... But it isn't.This is the path you chose...With his free hand he brought his hand to his splitting skull again. He turned to face the man his hand slipping almost reluctantly from Tamao's. "I think I'm supposed... to know you as well..." He reached out to the man, the pain was almost becoming to much. He sunk down to one knee still clutching his face with one hand while reaching out to the Otokage with the other as if to grasp at something insubstantial that could be caught held and brought back to him. "Do you know who I am?" The pain reached a canophy and he fell unconscious his outstretched arm falling to his side. The mask that had been discarded on the ground reappeared on his face an unearthly glow where the eye slits were. His body rose silently gaze still intent on the Otokage. 23/30

Nazuki shrugged and didn't really have any clues. She had seen alot of strange things lately, and the new appearance didn't seem too out of place. The dragon was a bit of a shock, but it would be considered strange anywhere. Nazuki recognized the fore-head protector of the approaching shinobi and knew that he was also from this village.
Nazuki waved sort of half-heartedly and showed him her own headband, strapped to her tie and adorned with the symbol of hidden sound. That does mean that he wasn't an enemy, but it was still awkward considering she didn't know anyone from her own village except for kagerou.

Nova instinctively jumped back a bit when the silver clad being reached out. It was speaking to him, it could think, it was a person; it was a he. An air of familiarity in his nature was adrift for Nova, though he could not pinpoint it's source.
As the figure fell, Nova had began to speak, "I don't-- maybe I do-- Do I know you? Who are you?" Then the being had rose again, and he had returned to an it. Nova felt alarmed by the being's gaze, and took precaution of readying a fighting stance if he were to approach. The mysteries of the days seemed to be surmounting into a murderous one.
In silence, Nova had noted the two other ninja with a quick glance, and saw that the second kunoichi was of his own village. A brand new member that he hoped to meet when circumstances were safer, and more predictable at that.

Tamao
Tamao watched as the person who'd been on the dragon appraoches their small group. The silver-clad one turned to them and entreated for help, like he'd done to her. Perhaps he recognized the newest arrival? She didn't know. Glancing at Nazuki again, she saw that Nazuki seemed to at least half-recognize the newest one, too. She felt kind of left out, all of the others seemed to at least half-know each other, but not her. Of the three, the only one she knew was Nazuki, and she'd only met her an hour or so ago. Tamao saw Nova go into a fighting stance, and glanced worriedly at the Nobody. Were they going to fight? (36 of ? )
She hoped not. The Nobody seemed confused and in pain, if they were to fight, who knows what could happen? She knew virtually nothing about what was going on, but she knew her feelings in the matter. Fighting needlessly was, well, needless. Drumming up her courage, she tried to get the others' attention, urging them to calm down, not to fight. If the silver-clad person didn't know who they were, then why would they have to fight anyone? He had said he needed help, how could he get help if he started fighting? It didn't make sense, it'd be better to approach things calmly, and only fight if there was no other recourse. (37 of ? )

Nazuki heard a low rumble from her midsection and knew that she had not eaten for a long time. And she doubted that hidden sound had any ramen bars left after the raid. Nazuki glanced at Tamao, who didn't seem remotely hungry but was concentrated on the current issue. Nazuki really didn't know what the big fuss was about.
This silver guy, asking who he was. Instead of just making him lie here maybe they could bring him inside and have some food while they were at it...If he was dangerous, they could just tie him up and feed him, there wasn't really anything to hesitate about. But maybe she's thinking like this just cuz she's hungry.
