You will find a simple escape impossible." With a snap of his fingers the walls of the cave melted away, revealing flat pure white marble walls, a single boxed room. They were no longer in the lab, as they had wandered from the path, the cave had changed form from the time when they had entered, leading them into his trap. "I must say, it was quite convenient that she managed to teleport you all together towards this single "exit", she made my work much more convenient. However, that same little trick will not work here, no teleportation, no dimensional gateways, no destruction of walls or barriers. He paused his speech for a moment, approaching one of the nearby walls and leaning against it casually. Doctor K glared at the still advancing Elizabeth. "Perhaps... more than you know." His fingers tapped atop his cane as he carefully watched the experiment approach, completely aware of her movements. She most definitely had some motive for her continued advance. "Ah... much like a cornered animal, so then, what is it like?"

With a glint in his eye the Doctor decided that he had no choice but to reveal the fact that his work extended beyond the experiments. As she grabbed him the shock from the weapon was almost delivered, however as she thrust the weapon towards him a black mist plunged out from the area where it struck, and quickly enveloped the entirety of the doctor. He fell back into nothingness, and for a moment he vanished entirely from the room, but soon appeared on the opposite side in a similar mist that emerged from the wall. He took a moment to brush away the singed fibers of his labcoat that had been briefly hit with the electricity. "Hm, I see you have gained yourself a trophy from one of the guards, a clever move, but I believe you would have had better luck if you had waited for an opportunity." He gripped his cane tightly. "I was hoping to hold a small inquiry with you before too late, but if you insist on resisting I must have this done quickly." Doctor K reached into his labcoat, toyed with something within it, then returned it to the cane. A vicious hissing noise came from all corners of the room, and the air took on a strange scent. "It's just too bad, after all this time out of the lab, it would have been so beneficial to learn of your experiences, but if you are of no use..." He stuck his cane out in front of himself in preparation for their resistance, he expected that they would have much to offer.
