I like to start out seeing what you can do in certain time constraints and then setting a specific schedule. Take Slim, for example. I know that, when she isn't busy, she can get a batch of comics up in a week, so during most of the early part of this year it was a weekly thing, however, with school intensifying for her, I can understand it taking two or three weeks. I'll start out by putting you on a bi-monthly schedule. You can post yours on Friday, and Slim can post hers on Monday, as she usually does when she's on schedule.
Oh, and that's great news about your son, I'm very happy for him
