I've always wondered... do vampires only drink the blood of mortal humans? Or will demons and lycans do, in a pinch? Is there a difference?
*He is looking very closely at her, not unkindly... but watching her. He is more interested in how she answers than what she answers with.*

-She was stunned at the bluntness of his question.- "It doesn't matter what being the blood comes from." -She noticed him watching her.- Is he exspecting something from me..? -She thought starting to watch his body movements from habit.- "Its a complete myth when one says that the vampuric kind need the blood from a mortal. And a rather silly one at that."

If a man drinks enough wine, he gets drunk. If he drinks vodka, he will get drunk with less. There's no difference... I have never drank blood, as I have no need and do not find the practice tasteful. But would it not stand to reason that not all blood is the same?
*He pushes up his glasses and looks away.* What would happen if the body of an immortal weas drained to a husk? Some immortals are flesh-and-blood beings... does it not make one think? But no doubt you wonder why I go on so. I am merely musing, of course. Vampires do not need immortality, they have it, in their own right. Such are the things to be pondered, nonetheless. For those who are curious enough.
*He turns back to her, and something about his eyes has changed. They look like... black holes. Dark, powerful, and attractive. Certainly not in a sexual nature, but attractive. His wrists are visible for a second as he turn, the cloth of his suit falling back. They are black, like they have been tattooed, and they are visible for a moment before his cuffs fall back again. He stares at her piercingly.*

-She raised her eyebrow at him wondering if she should answer such a personal question.- To be accepted for as I am. To be able to live out my days as what I am with out having to cower in the blackness of night in fear of those who wish end my days short. -Her voice got slightly softer.- To not have one that I grow to love cower and run from my touch.

*He shrugs, smiling that thin smile from when he first saw her.* It wont change by itself, of course. Mortals don't even believe vampires really exist, not really. You could drain one while another watched, and they'd still believe that they were hallucinating. They can't accept what they don't want to exist. They can't accept what they don't believe in...

She looked at the streets of the city. The cars passed by and lights flashed. As lightning crossed the sky she smiled as her raven tresses were blown by the wind. she looked around and felt the different races. she looked to the sky and the clouds and smiled.

I think the lycans will find that fate has a mind of it's own. And I happen to work for Him. *he shrugs again.* As for the mortals... well, I suppose they'll always be necessary, wont they? To be honest, neither of them concern me at all. Demons concern me. Vampires concern me. They are interesting, humans and lycans are not.

But you're a puzzle, at least. You just need to find your pieces... *Maximillion pushes up his glasses, his expression entirely neutral.* Some people are born as solved puzzles. They are boring. The interesting ones need to find pieces that match where they don't have any.
