crzycziri You're going to lose to Shadow, he's the only one who's ever killed Cziri. wink I find irony in that post compared to the multiple ones in which you claimed he wasn't dead. I hope that's sarcasm, or I'll say you lost it wink

Only one type of character I have has a teleportation technique, and it involves the whole wormhole theory. So an opponent could use it, too, if he keeps it open. All the others have a version of changing their state, to fire and such, for movement, but only at the most advanced levels. I simply cut those off for this tournament. And one type of character can move faster than the human eye can follow, but he still moves physically. He even leaves a lagging dust trail of about 10-15 feet.

Caelorum Ah, I see. I haven't read the match myself. If the orb floats with him it makes a little sense, or if he simply created a new one under his foot that'd be fine. He said the orb was floating around him, and it had followed him with the chaos control and everything. But, his initial attack was that he was kicking down at my head. Now unless he was really high above me and had enough time to see my daggers come up(since they went up as he was coming down so they weren't showing much until he was a few inches away. It was supposed to be a quick reaction thing, but he took it like I had made them go up and jut wait for him, but come on! That'd just be stupid. And he said the ball moved, not that he created a new one. I just don't see how he could move it so fast with such little reaction time, without any penalizing to himself.

You can take it two ways, I think. First as sarcasm, second as a "trust me"

@Cael: Deity's character excels in speed, so even without his teleportation, he can usually outrun his opposition. If not by several times, then at least by a slim margin... xD

Yeah, only one of my characters has such speed, along with the reaction time, perception, and situational awareness to match. Not only does it help him keep his bearing from moving so fast, but it also allows him to react very quickly to fast attacks. It's his best defense next to his main power.
My other characters move faster than the average human, but only to the extent of what a very fast, highly-trained human might reach. They're not speed demons who can disappear from human sight.

@Cael: ...that's sorta similar to a style Deity tends t'use. His usual style is based on his speed...so much so that he's bound by weights for his matches here... xD ...that should be fun.

I wanna fight your character at some point, Deity. Speed-based characters are the most frickin' fun for a hard-puncher like mine to go against. xd And I am seriously throwing this ******** article at the next person who rolls in here going "waah, Guilty Gear and Smash Bros. are gay, play a real fighting game!" xd

Haha, that's pretty nifty. At his best, Curse (speed character) could reach impossible speeds, but I'm also toning it down for the tourney. I like the weights idea, but Curse can manage his speed to keep it lower, kinda like choosing to run, jog, or walk.
Ryon has strength in place of Curse's speed. He has the body of a fifteen-year-old, but like Curse he can generate supernatural strength (in his case) and manage it pretty well. For the tournament I think I scaled it down to about five times his body weight unless he needs to push it up in a life threatening situation. That would peg it at nearly half a ton if I recall that he can generate or lift. For Curse I haven't set a speed in MPH or anything. I'd need to review some data, such as where the speed of sound lies.
Edit: We're in the same bracket, Mooo. I want to fight Mooo as Curse.

I was in Tankie Sakoya v. Curse. Made it to Round 2 after all.
Meh, my friend is all about games like Soul Calibur III now in terms of mechanics. Any less and it's not worth playing to him. Well, screw that. SSB does not need overly-complicated, realistic fight mechanics. It's damn fun the way it is. I wish I'd had more chances to play it four player, especially SSMB.
