Maxine woke from her slumber in the room that Shadow had given her. She stood and looked around glad it was night. She changed into a dark green long skirt and a black blouse. She went downstairs passed the main room and then into the kitchen. She grabbed a bottle of blood from the fridgerater and opened it. She began to drink from it slowly. She sniffed the air noticing more people at the mannor. She shrugged as it was no surprise to her anymore.

She picked up her cards and looked at them, then at Dave. ((I seriously don't know how to play poker^^ wink )

"well you obviously want the best hand" dave said laying down a set of cards, he then pointed out the differnet hands, straight, flush, full house etc

Maxine smirked and noticed a card-game going on. She began to watch and observe as she stood at the door leaning against the wall. She had nothing better to do. She drink more blood from the bottle slowly.

Shadow stood and left he dinning room through the back door. His legs needed to be streched a little. It seemed to be a nice night outside. Clear skoes and little wind. Shadow wandered over to the grave yard at the back of the manor and started to walk through it.

Maxine catches Shadow's scent, looks to Dave, "I'm fine."
She walks out of the room and goes to look for Shadow the bottle of blood still in her hand.

Shadow stood at the door of his crypt. He took a quick look around before forcing the massive stone door open. It took him a moment but it eventualy got opened. 'I have to fix this thing sometime. It's getting stiffer by the night.' He thought as he rested against the side of the door and looked down the long, dark stair well. It was then that Shadow felt Maxine's pressance on the grounds. He decided to wait there for her, he knew she would be able to find him.

Maxine walked towards Shadow with a smile on her face. She waved and tucked her hair behind her ears as she stopped infront of him.

Shadow gave Maxine a warm, welcoming smile. "Good evening Maxine. Did you sleep well?" He asked as he gestured to the long stair well. "Care to join me?" He added. He wouldn't decend the stairs unless Maxine was comfortable in entering a crypt with him. The crypt was Shadows study and personal armoury that he used from time to time, much less in the days after the war.
