Wow, doing hamstring stretches for a few nights is effective...
I can now place my palms flat on the ground from a standing position.
I CAN TOUCH MY TOES! WAHAHA! It doesn't sound like much, but I'm a tense guy, so it is. I'm only 150 by 6', so, there's no really belly in my way...
