Mu came to a stop unlocking the metal gate that separated them from the rest of the public "The branding thing isn't so bad if you dont draw too much attention to yourself. Hurt like hell at the time when they put it on my leg but god knows how they decided where to brand you. Seemed they just picked a random part of your body"

"Don't underestimamte just how much goverments know. Take it from someone that used to spy on them, they know a lot and many might just play dumb with you because they are scared to upset a your clan" Alpha warned Jeckhart.

Hebal smiled shrugging off Alpha's comment "Well sorry loads of you got branded and most of you demons are actually decent enough. they were probably just nervous in case thet failed to separate all the nice and nasty demons" she guessed sliding trough the gate.

Amane paused "Well I hope so but Yenytai really hates the snow but I guess its undetstandable for a fiend that lives around trees. But at least she isnt lonely anymore. She kept telling me all the other nymphs shunned her because she was different"

Gil smirked "Yeah you'd love it there for all the moogles, I imagine they'd like you too seeing how they idolise me" he half-groaned recalling the action figure of him he'd seen there "Bet you'd like one of those" he snickered pointing at a girl in a moogle costume.

Jeckhart nodded "We are aware but we are always vigilant, it is hoped that others sympathise with our aspirations which is why some allow us to go unbranded" he said following Hebal

Zadina giggled "Well she digs holes in the ground to sleep right? Would really suck with all the snow about but she's a special little nymph and she found a friend in milly at least" he said brightly.

Ranmaru nodded with a small laugh "They probably would like her then. that or be incredibly jealous of the attention you give her. But you know, once upon a time many years ago that was little Nadira here walking through the streets in a moogle costume like that one an she would get way too in character"

Satoshi shrugged knowing Ranmaru was trying to make her feel a little embarrassed "Yeah I did that and I really liked jumping around shouting kupo at everyone. Was better at being a moogle than you were being a chocobo when you were little" she teased back.

Mu nodded steering thee group round the back of the mechanical attractions that people would have been riding on an hour before. "your clan isn't so secret amongst a lot of circles,especially when every half decent demon gets approached by mysterious strangers offering them opportunities. Then one or two left and might have gossiped a little"

Alpha grunted "I've got more interesting things to say in my letter than the details of every organisation I stumble upon in the world, I would never stop writing if that were the case. Besides with companions like these, who needs other topics" he chuckled.

Hebal smiled uncertain if Alpha was complimenting them or making fun of them "well I'm sure we have some great adventures to tell your kids, I know I certainly do when I report back to Amane. she practically demands I tell her all the exciting little things that happen or she gets mad"

Amane frowned "Why don't dwarves like dragons? they live in totally different worlds don't they like the earth and sky so shouldn't ever meet right? I explained abaout the gifts to Yenytai and then she sort of got carried away and kept trying to gift us any random thing she found in the froest from twigs and shiny rocks to snails so I dont mind too much really if she doesnt like it so much" she shuddered.

Gil smirked "From what I've heard you are very good at some kinds of dancing due to your ninja training" he whispered to Satoshi "Still yeah Goug is well aware of how cute it's denizens are, a large part of their tourist industry is built upon moogles including their souvenirs and whatnot" he said snickering at the memory "In fact they have a special tour stop where you can stop by a nursery and see baby mooglings" he laughed "The king isn't afraid to sell their cuteness" he said

Jeckhart nodded "It's good that Amane hears about a life of adventure she'll surely have her own challenges and adventures when she is a summoner after all" he said.

Zadina giggled "Dragon's don't fly all the time and a lot of them like to make their homes in caves and mountainous regions for hording their gold and so they used to be a really big problem for the dwarves." he said hurrying to keep up with the others "Though you should explain it's not wise to give living creatures like snails as gifts" he giggled "I can't imagine the little snail appreciated it much" he said

Satoshi shrugged watching a giant dragon float coming towards them breathing fire as they built up for the finale "High society dancing isn't really dancing when everyone moves to the same steps and patterns, no self expression whatsoever and not very creative. But you do realise that you have to take me on that tour. In fact skip most of it and just go see the mooglings" she insisted managing to avoid making an aww sound at the thought.

Hitomi on the other hand let out a small squeak "well I'm sneaking on that tour too because I'll bet baby moogles are adorable little critters. Maybe we could adopt one and teach him or her to be the villages first ninja moogle for their size could be useful"

Hebal nodded beaming over at Amane "Yeah I know she's special and I'm really proud of her. Must have got her summoning abilities from her dad because I certainly have no talent for it and its not like I ever knew anything about her dads past. Amane's always been keen though because she's such a big animal lover" she grinned puffing her chest out with pride.

Alpha shook his head "Hey don't go bashing the airship. It was old and as nice as it looked failed to match up to many standard features of a modern airship. It's now bigger, goes faster and doesn't need to refuel as much as it used to because I made it more efficiant. I would like to think I did a good job of it"

Mu rolled her eyes unconvinced by either Alpha or Jeckhart "Well I'll believe it when I see it but I'm no airship expert so I would probably look at it and then deide on how good it is based on how pretty it looked" she admitted scanning all the red airships.

Amane gasped surprised "Dragons can dig really? But it would take years for them just to make a tunnel big enough to fit their large bodies and by that point the dwarves could be long gone with the treasure so seems pointless to me. Though have you ever met dwarves? They might be ok if you just played with them" she suggested aware elves and dwarves didnt typically like eachother.

Gil nodded "Yeah true they are perfectly capable with black or white magic too, really one of the most gifted races" he said turning his attention to the second dragon float "Is this retelling the story of the dragon festival as well?" he asked returning the kiss.

Jeckhart paused in thought "From my understanding Summoning ability isn't something that is really...inherited, it's more personal than that in fact it doesn't particularly require much classified magical talent at all. I'm led to believe it's more about establishing a connection with the summons and creatures than raw magical talent" he said surprised to see as many airships parked in the field "Well there's nothing wrong with your Mr Alpha, I just mean it has probably lost some of it's collectors value if you ever plan to sell it on" he said.

Zadina giggled "Hehe well Dragons have massive strong claws there's no reason they wouldn't be able to in fact the claws can probably upturn a lot of dirt did you never hear fairytales with a dragon guarding a pile of treasure in a cave or a mountain?" he said scratching his head and frowning "My mind is fuzzy but I think I've met dwarves though and elven-dwarven relationships have been improving. We didn't really like them for the same reason the Viera didn't back when dwarves were cutting down forests a bit too much" he said
