Cherry Ki I'm The Siren Prince, Seth SolindoListening with interest, Seth allowed the witch to explain herself and answer thier child softly. So, it appeared to him that Tabbitha had finally moved on, and was dating a model. That was interesting, considering that to extent of his knowledge, she had nothing to do with the entertainment buisness. His small smile wavered slightly at the girl's curious question; while he had expected the question to form eventually, he wasn't entirely sure how to answer. What he wasn't expecting was the slap that caused his steps to stop as he looked from the witch to Yvette.
Honestly, he hadn't found an instance where such punishment wasn't a good lesson; but he was struggling to find the justice behind it at this moment. "Tabby," he began, putting an arm out to stop the woman and gesture that she should step aside a moment. "She didn't ask anything strange." He continued walking, answering in a way that he hoped would satisfy the child's questions. "Daddy and mommy won't be getting married, hun. Marriage needs something that we don't have, something you'll understand better when you're older." He nodded once, affirming his statement as closed; at least until he had time to speak with his ex privately.
