Even though he used an Anti-field, it wouldn't effect most magic. As for me for example, I use particles within the air and subsitute from there.
Though now I'm curious to see how well this will go.

Ken, Zappa was the guy from Australia whom was possessed by Axl's dead girlfriend's spirit... and then, a few other lovely entities. Even Faust couldn't help him - yet. domokun And badass. XP
And Dizzy, thank yeh'. Made it a few days back for ol' Faust - I was gonna enter him into the Commerce branch, but sadly, it was too late. crying And yeah - Guilty Gear's makers like to make a bunch of homages to early & mid-late rock bands, as well as movies'. That was a blatant rip-off from Ring. XD BUUUUUUT, still, there's few people I've played against, online er' no, who could beat me while playing as Zappa, Faust, Anji, or Axl. Haven't played GGx2 in a while, though. X3
AND NOW.. to finish up my profile banner. Or.. start on it again. Damned Photoshop. ;.;

I think your counter/interrupt was well-executed and makes perfect sense, Nihil. He kinda went for the flashy stuff there, and it seems he's generally being a little cocky. The pommel-grab was a little out there, but that was easily dropped. Still, he has to disengage or reasonably take quite a few inches of steel in the throat.
As for the anti-magic field, that's total bull in my opinion. I'm not going to readily accept that crap unless the opponent explains how it possibly works in detail (not just "Oh, my energy is (somehow) better than yours and sucks it all away") or it makes him "normal," too, as in the Killey v. Gaara fight.

Based upon the "magic" system I use there are certain people which radiate a field where my type of magic does not work. These people are blank to the warp, which is the source of my character's power. Or in other words they have no soul, in fact the effect just doesn't negate magic is makes them repulsive for others to be around them; but it can be overcome depending upon the strength of the comparitive blank to the spell user.
As for the pommel grab, a little iffy I know, but if thrown in soon enough and at the ranges we were at was conceivable. Though how he intended to slash where he stated when I would have shifted my body in such a way that he would instead, if the move continued unabated, strike Quin's upper left arm on the outer side.

Plus may I add there is someone who is using pokemons as well. I will be honest, I also have another account entering this as well. She is my original rp. I decided to rp as Dizzy because I have seen people 'trying' to rp as her and honesty they broke my heart.
*shivers about Zappa* crying The characters I would play would be Dizzy, May, Bridget, and sometimes Faust. Maybe there are more characters but my mind hurts thinking about it. Want to make one for Dizzy? ^-^ *holds gils*
Thankyou Cael! I agree with you there as well, cause basically if you go with elements its impossible in my opinion.

jdr_172000 Someone is using Shadow from the Sonic series... Yup. Ya'know...When I think about it, Pokemon sound more useful that any of the things from the Sonic Series. Honestly, though, you only see probably two moves from those games...The "Homing attack" (Jump button twice) and the "Roll" (Push the other button) That's really about it... At least Pokemon have more moves to be using. "As for the anti-magic field, that's total bull in my opinion. I'm not going to readily accept that crap unless the opponent explains how it possibly works in detail (not just "Oh, my energy is (somehow) better than yours and sucks it all away") or it makes him "normal," too, as in the Killey v. Gaara fight." Cael: Yeah, there's NOTHING that explains his use of the magic thing... Luckily, I don't have to worry about these force-field things, as my character isn't magical in the slightest way. Muhaha.

Shadow is much more useful than any character from the Pokemon series. Although, he takes one lil' thing and uses it way too much, as you'll see...eventually.

Y'know, if I think about it, I actually NEED people to use magick in order for Trei's power to work; since it draws from fragmented threads of essence, I actually need people to cast spells/move really fast/destroy stuff in general, in order for the threads to fragment in the first place...
And this has been your wasting time with Trei. I now return you to your regularly scheduled conversation.

It is good to know that my move is supported. Because it's going to take some fancy foot work to get out of it.
