I tried and failed terribly. I have the dragon book though, but for the life of me can't find it, I also have the monster manual but I never use it because the whole damn thing was just too complicated.

It is, they brought out the OGL (Open Gaming License) in 2000, and without it this guild would be guilty of creative property plagiarism.
