Then you have high standards for the history of mankind. surprised Signs good Animated Thumbalina is a much better contestant in that field. neutral I''m just sick of dumbass alien movies. My mother has the SciFi channel on constantly and watches Signs every other week. It''s driving me crazy. Ah, that would explain your distaste a little better. xd I''m sure if I watched it constantly I would get sick of it. (or any movie for that matter) Although it is pretty funny when Mel Gibson's character runs out into the corn field shouting "It is time for an a**-whooping." in monotone.

SJL Didn't the Sci-Fi channel used to show stuff that was cool? Like, old skool anime? Or Star Trek? Used to, yeah. Now their big draw is the various Stargate series. I've had people tell me the new Battlestar Galactica series is pretty good, though I've never watched it.

There should be more movies that can scare you without the use of blood and/or body parts being sliced apart and etc.

Sir Ichigo Indeed. Most of the movies I watch nowadays are pre-'80s horror. I saw Holloween on Sci-Fi. That movie was supposed to be suspenceful but it didn't really keep me in... Y'know... Suspence. -heavy breathing-
