Arthur leaned back in his chair with a more casual facial expression. "Alright, alright. I was just messing with ya. I've looked over your credentials and performance. You're in a good position to be accepted. I just need to contact the place you graduated from to confirm it" the chief said.

"All right," she replied. "How long with that take?"
She knew Felipe knew people - he knew people all around the globe. Probably the reason he chose a police academy in Georgia is because he knew the Headmaster there, who had probably already been alerted to the plan and ready for the phone call.
She KNEW he did. He wouldn't send her in unprepared. He wouldn't dare. She was too precious, too perfect.
So she knew.

"Not too long" Arthur said. He checked 'Juliana''s graduation certificate and looked up the number for that place. He then made a phone call and stated who he was and asked about Juliana to confirm her graduation from the police academy.

Juliana Reganado: graduated with top marks in all areas, and achieved a rare award for graduating both early and showing unbelievable dedication and knowledge in both the areas of law and law enforcement." She sighed fondly. "Oh, I remember that girl. So sweet. But so dedicated. Oh my!" She gasped as it finally clicked. "Mister... Rivers, was it? Oh, is she seeking to join your police force? How perfectly lovely! I was wondering when I was going to get a phone call about her." Her voice gave away that she was brimming with pride. "Do tell her I said hello. I doubt she remembers me, but oh, she was a doll.""Tell me something that'll change me. I'm gonna love you with my hands tied."

"I'll get that to you right away! I'll have to hang up the phone to send the fax, but please call me back when you get it. I'll see you in a moment!"
She hung up.
A few minutes later, the fax machine in Arthur's office activated and a piece of paper issued out.
The institute's official watermark was on the certificate, along with the Headmistress' signature and - surprise surprise - Juliana's signature in Sami's handwriting.
However, Sami would realize it would be the handwriting of her left hand. Felipe, throughout the years, had taught her to be ambidextrous, but each hand had small differences from one another.
If she was able to see the paper, she would recognize the differences instantly.
But that was doubtful. She doubted Arthur would let her see it.
Unless, of course, she asked to.

Arthur looked at the paper, then called back to confirm that he had received it. He hung up and looked at 'Juliana'. "So it's official. You're in" he said, extending a welcoming hand to shake.

Transporter wasn't expecting to hear from the Don himself, but was courteous and gracious on the phone. He wrote down the address for the meeting, looked it up in his city atlas, then burned the paper with the address. He looked out the window of his office, and saw the first of the delivery trucks pulling up outside. He went out into the main area and opened up the door, waving the truck inside. Workers climbed out of the cab, ready to get the equipment set up.
