Neko bit back a scream as his heat burned her, biting her lip to keep that scream silent. "Why do you need me?" She asked angrily, still trying to break free.

"What the Hell is going on?" he murmured to himself, the rain hiding most sounds but the distinctness of his own race. Turning around, he tossed the gun under the Van.
What was...that was Neko? He growled and didn't know what to do, she was somewhere out of sight. Another street, two ahead. He took the building beside him in a leap, grasping the edge with a hand.

She pulled her wrist back sharply, letting the rain cool it off as she inspected it. It wasn't too serious, but it was going to pain her for a time. "Why me?" She spat at him, glaring. "Why not Zei? He'd probably be better for it then I am." Or does he know about Kage?
Kage for once turned to look at her. He was still silent, upset and depressed at how life was.

He took the gap of the two buildings in a bound, sliding to a stop as he looked at the two, his hand touching the ground with his fingertips to stop himself from the forward momentum. Silenting all of his life functions, he sunk into an ethereal form, not on that plane in anything but sight now. His eyes focused on the two, he made sure he had a hand on one of the devices at his belt as he watched.
Don't say a word, Neko...not a word... he silently thought to himself.

"Kage?" Neko asked, looking like she had no idea what he walk talking about. "I didn't mention any Kage or any shadow demon." And if you can hear this, don't ever read my mind again. There are only a few people I allow that privialge and you are certainly NOT one of them.

Good girl... he smirked, stepping with no sound onto the ledge, not but the rain able to show him to the world. He pulled out the Capacitor and flicked it so it was open, making only a small click, barely audible in the rain. He let himself come back to that plane, not making any noise at all as he continued to listen.

He pulled out a small device and held it to his eyes, pressing his thumb down on a few buttons, whispering something into it, then returns his eyes to Meph as he waited the Van to be heard in the Alleyway. He had it emptied of everything except what he needed, so he wouldn't run out if it were destroyed like the last one. He was tempted to go ahead and throw it.
