Runide jumped at the unexpected contact with Zadina but quickly calmed back down but not before first giving her ear a good scratch with her back leg. "The noise isnt that bad guys, the less you put those ear plugs in the more you get used to them" she stated going back to shouting at the fireworks, soon joined by Hebal wanting in on the fun.

Amane shrugged happy with her earmuffs "Maybe another time I'll try without but for now I'm happy here, and hiya Mr. Jeckhart nice of you to join us for the fireworks but did they stop you sleeping back at the airship" she asked.

Mu raised her eyebrow looking over at Alpha napping through the fireworks clearly disinterested "Umm... hey there sir. Are you looking for someone because this area is meant to be off limits to those that arent a performer" she asked.

Awessi remained quiet for a moment carefully watching Jeckhart for a moment before whispering to Mu in his own demonic language "I don't know what it is but I sense something strange from that human"

Gil nodded "Yeah was real nice but hey if you like I'll buy some fireworks sometime so you can try again" he said clapping as Enkidu settled back down thinking they weren't going anywhere "So what should we do then?" Gil asked Satoshi as he sat down.

Jeckhart blushed slightly hanging his head before replying in demonic tongue "It's rude to talk about someone when you think they don't understand you dark one" he said to Awessi before looking at Mu "Yes I'm one of Alpha and Hebal's travelling companions as well I was here looking for them" he explained smiling at Amane "Not at all Amane I had always planned to return for the fireworks

Zadina shook his head "Elven and Viera ears are highly sensitive to sound so it may really hurt or be bad for our hearing if we don't wear them, Viera have sensitive noses too so I hope the smell of the smoke isn't too bad for them" he said before cheering as he saw his own magical hat firework go off.

Satoshi laughed shaking her head at Gil "Oh now theres no need for that, there will be other opportunities to see fireworks that dont involve you buying them specially for me to draw" she replied pulling him into a kiss while trying to ignore the singing from down below.

"Well I dont know about you guys but I feel like drinking with those guys down there. Nothing beats a party in a bar at the dragon festival. Definately not winding down now though" Takeo stated before joining in with the song.

Hitomi shook her head getting up onto her feet "Well you could like join that party down there but personally I wanna see the parade. The one at night always looks better than the one in the day because the fire stands out loads more"

Runide paused sniffing Jeckhart for a moment "That guy smells like food for some reason" she whispered upon rejoining the other two. Does your mum's food really explode. My dad would so wish that my mums cooking could do that. He loves explosive things"

Amane nodded a little concerned by Runide's last comment "Well yes she does but its not intentional. She's just bad at cooking and has silly ideas like using fire spells on the food to make it cook faster. The end result neither looks or tastes good"

Hebal nodded with a small snicker "Sure its fitting but not the most creative I suppose. Not to worry because its still nice and cute. But you missed minebecause it went off already. Shame because it was like a rainbow of colours in the sky and really pretty. Oh and that lady there is Alpha's daughter not that you can tell. Less grumpy looking than him" she added jokingly realising nobody had introduced them. "Oh and that other guy is Awessi, he's a mime"

Gil glanced at Ranmaru "It's impressive he can still be so athletic after the amount of alcohol he's had, considering he was slurring his words earlier" he said watching as Terrato slithered over his arms "Still come on lets see this show but is Mari's country close by or something? I mean i'd heard of Samurai and ninja conflicts before but I wasn't sure if they were the same continent" he said

Jeckhart reeled back a bit from Runide a tense look on his face before relaxing seeing her run off to the others "Cat demons..." he muttered under his breath before turning back to the others and bowing politely "It's a pleasure to meet you both my name is Jeckhart" he said deciding it best he didn't reveal his organisation to them. "Though your firework certainly sounds wonderful Hebal though I'm not much of a fan of fireworks myself" he said looking up at them "Generally things that explode in the sky don't mesh well with my family" he added.

Zadina frowned "Mr Jeckhart isn't food, he's just a bird demon fellow though I didn't know your mother could use fire magic" he whispered to Amane watching as other fireworks went up, some in the shape of demons "It's a good thing we have other cooks on board the airship then" he said.

Hitomi frowned climbing down over the side ready to descend the building only to be overtaken by a teleporting Takeo "Oh yeah Ranmaru isn't a muscular guy but hes definately athletic, should see what he can do when when hes sober without breaking his leg, But come with us to the parade, you can get an idea as to how to be a good dragon Gil"

Satoshi held her arm out offering a teleportation jutsu at Gil to help him off the roof "Well any objections to taking a look at the parade tonight? And sure we have out conflicts sometimes when we've tried to invade eachother countries but its mostly on the borders where the ninja and samurai conflicts are and we're pretty central right now."

Mu muttered a small "oooh" sound under her breath noting one of the fireworks assuming the form of ifrit in the sky "I guess thats believable although I was always taught it was the northern dwarves or maybe north eastern dwarves that invented them while living under the snow to scare away all the snow dwelling animals above them" she recalled wondering if she got the story right.

Hebal shrugged "I dunno I just like the sparkles and maybe they did too. The pretty colour effect doesnt seem that practical for the dwarves to invent to me. The noise would probably be enough to scare a lot of things in the wild because they can make your ears ring so hard.

"Well can't we just eat out while we're here? This place seems to sell food so we're not going to be short" Amane optimistically suggested to Zadina. "Or you never know maybe we could find a nice demon to come cook with us based on whats in the airship cupboards.

Runide paused letting out a small mew before explaining to Zadina and somewhat to Amane in a whisper "Yes I know of demons posing in human forms but... you can usually identify your own kind in those forms by their aura they give off though its rude to identify one publicly. But that guy there, he does't seem to have one. Even Awessi didnt identify him as a demon and he's a really powerful one."

Gil nodded "Well we aren't as high as Hebal has jumped but Enkidu is a mountainous fiend after all he's used to cliffs and what not" he said waving goodbye to Takeo "Still let's hurry along before we miss it." he said

Jeckhart shrugged "It's only a tale i heard one time, I'm sure the dwarves aren't too fond of that version because of how silly it makes them sound but yes it's a shame the noise is such a problem for you Hebal" he said.

Zadina looked at Jeckhart "Well Mr Jeckhart is a powerful guy as well perhaps he's just found a way to hide it but don't worry about it he's really nice" he said wanting to spare Jeckhart's current disability "Still that firework is really nice" he said pointing up at a Shiva firework that followed shortly after "And maybe we can after all will probably get a nice meal at the palace when we stop there so food shouldn't be a problem" he said.
