Zack nodded slightly to what he said first, "I have to help her, Jenova has been, never mind" he said, then shook his head slightly at what he said next "can't say I have" he said, he had never, well, he may have heard the name before, but never knew much about her really "I just hope she wouldn't take her to that second rate hack Hojo..." he said under his breath, then looked at him "I was planning on going alone, but I can tell you're gonna go no matter what I say, so, I think working together would help us on time to getting to them" he said, he knew there wasn't anyone in the building that could stand up to him, he didn't really know this man, but he could tell he wasn't someone to get on the bad side of, so he'd probably get the same results, but they'd be better if they could go in and out as quickly as possible

Nell wasn't all that sure about the cat man and her mind was easy to minipulate since she is drunk. Nell heard his words and since she knew the body it came out of she was more willing to listen to him. she took her dagger and aimed it for the Nekos neck but her aim was wobbly for vodka induced reasons, and she went to lung at him. her fighting would be notably dropped from her standard.

Zack shook his head slightly as they got closer to the shinra building "it's not Aerith, she hasn't touched her, and I don't intend to let her" he said seriously, "I'm sure you could tell that I was a SOLDIER already, you know that they get Jenova cells put inside them, now she's trying to make me her puppet, which I won't let happen, but every time I block her out she messes with my head and makes me see the vision of Aerith... Over and over" he said, not wanting to say Aerith dying, he knew though he wouldn't let it happen again, as he sped up toward the shinra building

Ethan blinked at him and he touched his head hearing a sudden white noise." Ow." Ethan closed his eyes tight As he slowly felt his mind drifting off into unconsciousness but it was different. He didnt pass out, jsut slumped over.

Ethan stayed slumped over, sorting out his memories from the ones he had been seeing in everyone else. Ethan had put each memory in a different part of his mind, all of his were starting to come together, like a puzzle, he left the horrible memorys of his family out and kept the ones of Tifa and everyone after he met them. He didn't want to remember his parents. Ethan was completely open for manipulation now, while he did this his body was like a puppet on a set of strings.

Marlene
"Sadness was the price to see it end."
Marlene let out a small giggle to Sephriea's comment about Cloud. But then something stirred inside of her that caused her memories to react abnormally. Numerous visions of Cloud, Tifa, Denzel, and her all appeared before her very eyes. She could see Tifa poking at Cloud's hair, she could smell the newly fresh paint of the walls in Seventh Heaven, and she could hear the promise they both made to her and Denzel one night. 'We'll always be together as one big happy family.' Tears began to swell up in her eyes now. The memories still stung her; what was Lightning and Serah thinking of trying to make it all better? She turned to Lightning with a ferocious look upon her face and shouted, "Get out of my life!" Swiftly, she left the kitchen, past the living room, and upstairs into Cloud and Tifa's room while slamming the door behind her.

☆ "Lightning. It flashes bright, then fades away. It can't protect. It only destroys."

Lightning nodded her head to Sephriea's question. She attempted to create a smile once she commented on their hair, but something seemed strange about Marlene. On one knee, she knelt in-front of the girl and stared into her watery eyes. "Marlene... are you all right?" Marlene's answer wasn't exactly what Lightning expect as she yelled at both her and Serah. Her eyes widened to the tone of her voice and she watched as Marlene left the kitchen. She stood from her place, staring fixedly on the floor tiles below. Everything seemed like such a blur now for she didn't know what to say. Marlenes' words had a familiar touch to them, much similar to Serah's when she was purged. Her eyes darted back and forth between Serah and Sephriea before she also depart from the kitchen with her steps heavy and swift.
From then on, she walked upstairs to where she assumed was Marlene's room. Although, when she turned the knob to peek into the room, it seemed more like a couple's bedroom. On the bed was a weeping Marlene and Lightning silently closed the door in-front of her. She wasn't going to go inside the room in fear that her words will bring the poor girl closer to hell. A raspy sigh flew from between her lips as her back slid on the wall beside the door. I'm not good with words... especially to whiny children....

Ethan slowly stood up his eyes opened and his memories were back to the way they should be and he said," I lived near Sector 7..." Ethan slowly began to head out of the Mansion. Dead set on trying to find the house he used to live in.He remembered how it looked but that was all he could do. he knew it was near Sector 7 though. And he knew it might not have been destroyed when it was. He picked his sword up from the ground outside and placed it on his back.
