We could do the chain lightning, but change it into a general energy instead of lightning.

yoshi_mitsuko call of nature-a person seeking to bring love to the world, can use this jutsu to rally all flora and fauna in the immediate surroundings to the persons aid...the person's positive additude combined with his radiant chakra will win over even the most stubborn animals and plants. there, I changed the chain to something a bit less flashy. And sage...thanks for your concern, perhaps there'll be another one that suits you. I rather like making jutsus actually...

now, hardwork is hard to do...because when you think hardwork you think taijutsu...and a good taijutsu tech is always hard to make. Bringing hapiness to the world almost never works, so unless nyu wants to make one or something.

Drunk Siren-an almost flawless attack that sets a barrier of sound waves around the user. Whenever someone comes in contact, the sound waves set off an incredibly sharp screech that radiates away from the user and paralyzes everybody with annoyance and makes them attack their own allies. Those who love pranks can perhaps use this move unwisely. The screeches vary in pitch so the user is almost like a living piano...
