He vanished from beneath Dark and appeared again behind and above Dark, kicking as hard as he could at Dark's head.

After going back into his normal form, with the wings, he grumbled some more. But he looked up at Hope, giving a weak smile. "Nope, nothing you guys did. Virgil is makin fun of me. Oh, man, if he weren't in my head, I would so kick his butt around the place." Virgil was just laughing loudly, tears streaming out of his ethereal eyes.

Hope blinked when Ted turned back into his normal form, starting to blush when she found she was laying on his back still. "O-oh..." she murmured while moving to carefully sit beside him instead. Hope lightly tilted her head as she looked at Ted, wondering what Virgil could be taunting him about. "Wh-what is he making f-fun of you for?" Hope asked in her soft voice, a faint trace of red still on her cheeks from her recent blush.

Ted moaned, but spoke anyways. "Well, in my lifetime, I have been confused for a girl many times. My voice, body size, even my walk, all of them have feminine traits. Virgil was making fun of how many times I have been confused. And how many guys have asked me out." Ted shuddered at the memory.

Sionet just raised her eyebrow at this statement."So she is my weapons master huh?" She said in a interested voice. A small smile curving her soft rose petal pink lips. Her eyes sparkling with her undisguised anticipation.
This caught both Lunaris and Eda Uru's attention. "Oh child don't take her lightly in that field. There are only three in the clan who can best her easily. Two are elders Makix the eldest male and Siobahn who is about 400 years my seinor. She is a great swords woman, not one that will hesitate to kill her practice opponent if she is provoked." Lunaris replied.
This only made Sionet smile bigger showing her even white teeth. "Really who is the third. You only mentioned two." Came her reply though it held curiosity. There was a cough from Eda Uru..... "That would be me Sionet. She is close to passing the two elders, but she can never pass me. I would be your partner for this, but because I have to work on Nervun, well it falls to her. " his reply soft as his face tinted with a blush. He took the next corner and disappeared.
Her eyes bewildered at this made Lunaris reply in a throaty laugh. "Eda has the gift of Sword Song. He hears their voices and becomes one with them. He is a natural at that too. Which allows him to be able to work with high class magical weapons. So don't be too surprised. Any ways breakfast is a light repast of fruits, cheeses and various breads."
Sionet looked down the way that Eda Uru had gone, wondering just what else he could do.

Sionet quickly eats a small bit of food, knowing from personal experience that too much would cause cramping while practicing. She stood and took her dishes to the side board. She smiled and tilted her head to the side. Lunaris didn't need to ask what she wanted she already knew. She got up and showed the girl out side they walked for a bout a half hour before they reached the encampment.
Opening the door they saw Sphynix already practicing. Sionet walked in and she noticed a few things about sphynix's kata. She noted mostly that she seemed to favor using both hands at once, though one was lacking a weapon. Sphynix stopped and looked at her with bland uninterested eyes. "Grab your sword no wasting time. This begins now girl." Came her zoned reply as she watched Sionet walk over to the rack and choose a long sword that would be about the same size and weight as Nervun.
With a sniff she took her stance. Sionet just went into a basic begginers stance which made Sphynix sniff in disdain. With out saying anything She swung her own sword and Sionet in a arc, only pulling back and slicing downwards at the last moment. Rolling to the side, Sionet jumped to her feet and blocked the slash. She then spun and flicked a few thrust at Sphynix to test her guard.
"HMM you are not one too use a single sword are you Sphynix. Why are you BSing me like this. IF you are gonna do this do this right. Or your guard will always be full of holes." Came Sionets reply as seh parried a few more swings and thrust from her opponent. Dancing nimbly out of the way. She saw what she needed, and wasn't liking the fact that she was being underestimated.

Hope couldn't help but giggle slightly at this, and quickly covered her mouth when she did so. After she was sure she wouldn't laugh, her hand moved away from her mouth as she offered Ted a shy yet sweet smile. "W-well, what out of a-all that matters..?" she asked in her quiet voice, wondering if Ted might take offense to her comment. "I-I mean, it doesn't matter if you look like a girl or n-not, you're still Ted.." Hope's slender fingers lightly fiddled with the dress she was wearing while she spoke.

This caused Sphynix to to stumble a bit. "What do you mean by that girl" came her snide but curious reply. As she continued to swing, slash and parry Sionets competent attacks. Her eyes narrowing as she too was assessing the opponents skills. Wondering just who had taught her. For though she was always going back to her basic stance and guard, it proved to be effective.
"Well it means exactly what I said." She replied in her soft contralto voice. She jumped back and stood there making a point that she would no longer keep this farce up. She laid the long sword flat against her slim leg. She stared down Sphynix in a serious deadly calm.
This got her attention. She stopped and shrugged. "Ok you think your so smart then pick my second sword for me ok. And if you want you can change your weapon as well if you think it will help." She said still watching Sionet as she walked over to a table and placed her long sword there for cleaning later. Sionet walked down the length of the rack, picking up a thin Rapier. She hefted it and tossed it to Sphynix, who caught it deftly.
She walked a little farther down, hiding her smile as her choice was met by a look of surprise and shock. She stopped in front of the wooden practice swords. She grabbed an aged Worn bokkoden. She flicked it a couple of times in her wrist as she turned and saluted Sphynix. "SO how do you know this.... And your joking right, that your gonna go up against me with that practice Bokkoden. " Her saprano was cracking from mirth barely contained.
Smiling was the only thing Sphynix got, as Sionet walked back to the middle of the floor. She went back to the basic stance and waited. Her eyes no longer nice they had become dark brown pools that were cold. "I will tell you if you can land a blow on me. Fair deal?" Was all she replied. This brought a slight curving to Sphynix's lips. As that was all she gave as a ok. She walked forward a few steps and got into a dual sword stance of one raised hi and one low.

Ted just rolled onto his back, being careful of his wings. He stared into the sky, his eyes gleaming in the light. "Yeah, I wouldn't care either, if it only happened less than five times. I could even handle ten. But try over 2,387 times being mistaken for a girl, and over 200 guys asking me out, some even after they found out I was guy."

Both girls were in their stances each calculating the other moves, when they just disappeared suddenly. A smile of utter amusement curved Lunaris lips as she watched the speed and skill that was displayed. This would prove to be an interesting match, as neither was likely to hold back much. Both had pride and confidence in their own skills and abilities.
There was a resounding clash as they met in the middle of the training room. Sionet deftly blocking the long sword only to drop and spin to deflect the stabbing pierce from the rapier. Their eyes met briefly in a lighted smile and determination. No words would be spoken as they fought. Their blades would do all the talking that was needed.
Sphynix side stepped bringing in her rapier for another series of quick thrust that were easily dodged by Sionet. She then spun slashing quickly upwards then slicing down on the momentum of the movement at Sionet. Who fell back into a duck roll to avoid the direct hit. She came up with a back slash of her own with the bokkoden. Only to slide quickly to the side to slash at Sphynix's now opened back side.
Her eyes widening and then narrowing rapidly she jumped forward to miss the attack, and threw the long sword over her shoulder to block it fully. The force of it sent a reverberation up the length of it to her hand, causing it to sting from the sheer force. Not stopping she rotated a full 180 and came in with a bottom to top slash of her own with the rapier, making Sionet go on the defensive as she pushed with a mirade of thrust, slashes and chops of her own.
Taking her time and retreating from this on slaught, Sionet let herself get against the wall. AS the blow came reigning in to nail her, Sionet used her speed to duck quickly down and slide to her right. As the Rapier made and screeching sound off the stone wall were she had been. Looking over she saw a score mark in the wall about 3 inches deep. Causing her to laugh a little out loud. Releasing her wings as she pushed away from the wall she was air borne in seconds.
Soon followed by Sphynix. They continued their dance for several more hours neither relenting over the other. Sweat staining the robes they wore. Solaritc and a few others had joined Lunaris during this time, and were amazed at the sheer will n determination displayed by these two. Both going full tilt, while each trying to score a direct hit on the other with out it being fatal.

Hope watched Ted lay down, tilting her head slightly as she listened to him talk, but his wings caught her attention. She hesitated before slowly reaching out to gently stroke at the nearest wing, enjoying the feeling of soft feathers under her slender fingers. "H-hmm...i-it's probably because you're such a l-loveable person, n-not necessarily because of your looks.." Hope murmured, half spacing out as she continued to gently touch his wing.

Ted relaxed at the feeling of his wings being touched, but he still grimaced at the memories. "Nope. I know for a fact that is my body they were after. After all, most of them described in lewd detail what they wanted to do to it."

Hope shuddered at what Ted said before slowly laying down herself, letting her hand move to softly stroke at his wing again. "I-I'm s-sorry.." she murmured quietly, feeling guilty for bringing up such memories for him.
