Clou nodded rapidly making a few hand gestures. The showed walking by taking her index and middle finger making a "person" And moving them back and forth to represent "walking" she then taped her wrist twice then made a spiral, "Lost track of time" could be made out of that if they knew Clou for logn enough. She then shrugged showing that even though she had lost track of time she was doing okay. She then pointed at Hikaru giving him a sweet smile. She brushed a few white strands of hair out of her face, her grey eyes shut in happieness. It was good to get back in school once more.

Hikaru walked back into the dojo to find no one currently training. He thought back to the moment by the shoreline. Clou and he where afraid to get hurt by the toxins. Hikaru thought about his weakness of strength. He then decided to change that face. He knelt down on the floor and laid on his stomach. He then with a bit of struggle pushed himself up off the ground. Hikaru felt very proud of himself then prepared himself for another push-up. He smirked then flexed his muscles and readied himself for another try.

Hikaru tried to push himself again up again slowly with a little more effort than the last time. He onece again fell onto the floor with a thud. Hopefully this trend wouldn't continue for a long time. He had never guessed toning his body and all its muscles would be such a difficult task. He then s layed there relaxing the muscles for a few seconds. Hikaru quickly reassembled his hands and feet. Straightened his back and began to attempt his third push-up. He hoped could get this done quickly and move on to another exercise.

Hikaru pushed himself up again with the same amount of force as the last time. He was beginning to feel more and more like a failure as he went through his exercises. He wondered what he would be like if he continued doing push-ups. He would stay a small, and frail ninja. Not astrong and well muscled one. He shuttered at the image in his head. "Stay in the now, no dreaming yet" he whispered to himself. He then began to go back up from the floor to continue his strength training.

Hikaru pushed himself up as hard as he could. Surprisingly, he went up quite quickly. He was even surprised at himself for accomplishing one push up as tired as he was. Hikaru came back down slowly with a smile. He hoped to himself that he would be this lucky with the rest of his workout. He then rolled over to his side and laid down. Smacking so hard on the ground three times took more effort than he had planned.

Clou watched as Hikaru did push-ups, she had never been much for exsersise, so she was rather week in the uper body section. So she simple sat on a chair legs folded and hands in her lap watching as her friend did push-ups, he wasn't very strong, but he was fun to watch. Clous grey eyes where fixated on the boy, she could do nothing but clap to incourage him, she was, after all, not much of a motavational speaker. She wanted to cheer him on, to give him suport, but alas she could not. So she sighed her eyes downcast now at her feet, her kimono was to large for her and the shoulders keep sliding down her arm. The sleaves trailed long past her hands and she often tripped herself on the few extra inches of skirt. but now was not the time to worrie about how she looked, she was a ninja in training, she had to let petty stuff like that slip by. If she got bored perhaps she would join him in training.

When Hikaru rolled over he saw Clou sitting in a chair looking down at the floor. He panted lightly, "Hello Clou, how long have you been watching me fail?" he said with a smile. Hikaru felt some kind of connection with Clou. Something he couldn't put into words. He hoped they would go far up the ranks together and become powerful shinobi of the Kirigakure village. Hikaru watched Clou closely not wanting to miss anything she signed to him in responce.

Hikaru waited for Clou to respond but she never looked up to his face. He thought of meeting her at eye level but that would put his head under her kimono and that didn't sound like a good idea. Hikaru sat and thought about the many jutsu he wanted to learn, including the Odoriku dances he still had to learn from an elder clans member. The dances of his clan are very mysterious and he wanted badly to know their secrets to better his shinobi training.

After a long rest Hikaru rolled back over on his stomach and assumed the position to continue his work out. He pushed himself up quickly and it felt good. He cracked a smile over his face as went all the way up and locked his arms in place. He looked over and smiled at Clou then returned his attention to his exercise. Hikaru bent his elbows once again to go down to the floor, "three" he said to himself. Hikaru fixed his position to get ready for the next of his pushups.

Hikaru pushed himself up very quickly. It seemes the rests had helped him a lot. Hikaru smiled as he locked his elbows in place, "four" he said lightly. Hopefully Clou couldn't hear him struggling so hard to do simple push-ups. Hikaru looked at Clou to see her finishing her first push-up, "Good job Clou" he said with a smile. Hikaru then looked back to the floor and bent his elbows to get down to the floor. He fixed his posture and readied himself for his next try.

Clou smiled, seeing Hikaru work made her want to improve herself more. But she was so frail, she didn't want to look like a fool in front of Hikaru... But she gave into whim and planted herself on the floor next to Hikaru. Her stomach lay flat on the floor and her arms where at a ninty degree angle, her legs where held together, as where her feet. Slowly she put force onto her arms, her muscles tensing and her stomach flexing inwards. She could hardly breath before she lowered herself back to the gound gently. It was much harder then it look, that was for sure.

With a little straid Hikaru managed to push himself up into possition. He wanted this to get easier not more dificult. But, he had to stay calm and focus on the next of his exercises. Hikaru let himself fall slowly to the ground and stoped shy of the floor. Hopefully, Clou would have more luck at this training than he was. He spread his hands out farther and brought his feet totally together to prepare his next attempt at lifting.

Clou huffed as she tried once more to lift herself off the ground. her muscles flexed and her stomach once more clenched up. But as she began to push herself up she coughed causing her arms to buckel and her body to fall to the floor, she really was weak. But she just lay on the floor, her chest heaving in laugher, even though all that could be heard was a harsh intake and outake of air. She rolled back onto her stomach getting ready to attempt to once more lift herself off the ground. She had never realised before how much one had to consentrate to perform a push-up.

Hikaru pushed himself up with ease. Coming all the way up and locking his arms into place, "Six" he whispered to himself. He was more than half done with his push-ups. This excited him. A smile came across his face as he release the tension in his muscles. He slowly went to the ground. Hikaru then prepared himself for another lift. This was starting to be more fun than he imagined it could be.
