@Mana- surprised Looks like one of those old-style portraits of like a sad queen or somethin, and they also always seem to be looking off in that direction like that, too. And I like the waviness of your hair, btw. Always prefer wavy to straightened. 3nodding Also, hope you get some much-deserved sleep soon.

My hair's naturally straight, but it gets wavy when I tie it back when it's still a bit wet after a shower and then open it after it's dried. =)

I bought a buttload of earplugs, so if there's noise, I hopefully can block it out.

this. Actually I'm sure thats what one of them looked like at one time, since the red one I have is a '73 same as that one, but mine needs a lot of work. The other one I have looks like this same color and everything except the same as the red one, it needs fixing.

Ah, my first thought was that it sounded like a car, but the price threw me off. 100 bucks? Did you have to push them home? xd Still, pretty neat looking car. Reminds me of the concurrent 'Vettes or the Oldsmobile Toronado. You plan to restore them yourself?

Yeah, they bot run but neither will start because they both need new starters and new coils, so I had to get a tow truck to get them home. I plan on restoring them with friends and such, it gives me something to do. The reason the guy sold them to me so cheap was because he got them for free and just wanted them out of his yard.

They pretty much are just like tiny corvettes except they don't suck. I hate corvettes.

Even so, that's a hell of a deal. Though perhaps I'm speaking too soon, since you haven't started buying parts yet. And I can't help but think that those parts (at least, OEM parts) are going to be really hard to find since it's an obscure, nearly 40-year-old car that was never actually sold in the US.

I took a quick look at the specs. A much fairer comparison would be to the Datsun/Nissan 240Z. I love Zs. And yeah, 'Vettes are for hicks or rich old guys suffering from a midlife crisis.

as of right now, all that I know of is that I need a new starter and a new coil for both of them. I'm not sure what else and I'm not sure I'll know until I get them started. Yeah, finding parts for them is hard, but I found a few websites that sell parts for them if I can't find any places locally.
