Umi spent the next little bit showing Greed how to properly cook food. She giggled as he glared at the pans.
"They're not your enemy, Greed," she said giggling. "You look at them like they did something wrong to you!"

Greed laughed nervously. "How the heck am I supposed to remember what goes where and when? And what to use?" He lifted to spoons, one with slits and one without. "What's the big difference?"

Umi gently took Greed's hands. "This spoon," she said, holding up the hand that was holding the slotted spoon, "Is for when you take something out of water. This one," she continued, holding up the other hand. "Is for everything else. Like stirring, or scraping."

Greed chuckled. "Yeah. I was just exaggerating." He chuckled a little, before turning back to the stove. He took a pan, and cracked an egg into it. "Okay, now when do I turn it again?"

Umi smiled. "You wait until the edge gets bubbly, and has a brownish look to it. Then, you carefully slip the spatula under, and flip it over. Easy as pie." She lightly salted the eggs. "You're doing fine."

Greed smiled, and flipped the egg. "It's not as hard as it looks! Heheh." He finished cooking a few other eggs, and put them on two plates.
