Chapter Fifteen: Mercy

Draken stood firm in front of the god. His arms did not tremble as Kirb’s behind him did. He stared into the face of death as he kneeled on the floor.
“I wish too serve you, my god.” He spoke. His words were slow and cold. His voice did not waver as Kirb backed up to the rest of the group scared at what would happen next.
A swift slash rent the room and Draken fell to the ground, throat slit, Trickles of blood flowing. To everyone’s shock, he was dead.

“Listen too me I am only saying this once.” The god growled at them his eyes focusing on Kirb in particular, “You all will die here today. You can both run now and die later today or we can make this easy.” They ran like mad cows, some pausing for a moment from fear.

The god renamed LF only a few moments ago, smirked. He let his mighty sword fly towards Kirb. It thrashed through his back, flew out his ribs and hit the opposing wall, staying. LF walked up to it slowly and retrieved the sword.

“You can’t run for long. I will get you.”

His hollow eyes focused on Trenn. After a moment, he started levitating from where he was. Suddenly, his body was thrown through the window, never to be seen again.

LF picked up Kirb’s daggers, now lying on the floor of the car. They lit a-fire and blazed. Being thrown with tremendous force, they were planted into the spines of the running Sauvie and Skull.

Cries were heard from Stefan as he was lying on the ground, LF’s boot putting tremendous pressure on his head. Stefan’s last words were muffled by the fierce crack of his skull.

LF advanced to the next car and focused his eyes on Fish. He stopped running, his eyes full of terror. He fell to his knees in pain, moans heard coming from his body. His spine broke and his eyes went blank.

The sword of LF’s was hanging in his hand loosely. Furious slashes upward forced air as fast as the raging train itself to fly straight into Koosei and Godstone.

Following up the slashes used to finish off the two, LF swung his whole body around, ending with a force that sent Forsaken to the wall. The impact caused a serious whiplash, making his neck brake.

“He. One car left. You can’t hide from me anymore.”

LF emerged into the next car and looked to Maul first. LF’s hand on a table, he flipped it. It flew into Maul and crushed his ribs, causing him to bleed into his death.

His gaze switched to Altae. A strong kick forced her into the ceiling and back to the floor, where she died from numerous bones being broken beyond repair.

LF flipped over BC, landing in front of her. His sword spun in his hand and he raised it. Using the momentum for a huge downward slash, BC was gone in a matter of seconds.

“One left…”

LF walked over to the table where the man was sitting. A simple slash at his throat finished him off quickly. Satisfied with what he’d done, LF felt like he could conquer the world.

Looking down at the small pad left on the table he was at, he saw a note that said:

"Excellent job. I knew you could do it, my son."
