In that Korean girl's before and after picture, a lot of the difference is in the effects of the pictures.
The major surgical modifications I see are in the eyes, and perhaps the shape of her face.
The rest is circumstantial.
Hair: it's been worked on, prepared and styled, that's all.
Skin: due to lighting and probably daily cleanser, oh and makeup.
Clothes: a simple wrinkly grey T-shirt, or some casual Korean fashions? You choose.
Setting: Tiny little room with bad lighting versus natural outside lighting.
Glasses: Clearly, either laser surgery or contact lenses.
...Y'know, it's actually kind of scary how these young girls can throw away their original look to have a much prettier face. So much for the face your parents gave you. blaugh
