Sheryl looked at her with a gently expression. "So to keep him from coming here, you asked him you do some kind of hard work to occupy himself with, and made her he did by asking him to do it in a tone he couldn't decline." she explained, carefully. "Manipulation."

Bo followed suit. "You know, I think there was actually a few books I could get there. And they sometimes sell movies there right?"
"Sometimes. Ready, Lark?" she asked. "Mission Phase Two: more shopping."

"Wow Sheryl what would Len say." Lark asked innocently making her friend blush further as she immediately went to the Manga isle and picked manga like Her majesty's dog and Earl and Fairy. Lark blushed to her self this was her guilty pleasure may the gods help her if Devon ever found Bloody Kiss a popular Vampire/romance manga in her room.

Devon was in the attic, moving boxes to the side of the room. It was more difficult to fit them without making any inconvenient to get to them later and still have room for Lark. After about twenty minutes his dad came up to see what he was doing. He wasn't surprised. It wasn't exactly the quietest task. "Lark is going to be making some art for gifts this Christmas. I'm clearing out a place for her to work." he answered his father.

Kaleb blinked at his son for a moment before tilting his head and examining his boy like a doctor would a patient. "What happened to your backbone? I was sure you were bone with one but seems Lark has taken it out, strange." His father spoke turning around and said. "By the way I hope you know Lark has more than likely maxed out the card by now, so have fun with the bills."

Devon lifted a box and tried really, really hard to resist the urge to throw the box at his father. If only.... He let out a frustrated groan and dropped the box in the pile. "Don't you have something more useful to do?
