Leon Court " Huh." Leon scratched the side of his neck, eyes narrowing in thought. " So is he bad or good?" he questioned, not entirely sure how to take all of the information.

  " Perhaps he's good... which is bad," mused the sleepy Sin. " I've had quite a few angels attack me to claim glory before, but none approached it like this. Either he's quite powerful or he's been doing his homework." He looked at Aysun. " Regardless I doubt this is the last time we'll see him." The boy, feeling eyes on him, looked up and smiled brightly at his uncles. " Look, Uncle Nikki! This man looks just like Uncle Leon!" he said while pointing to a certain picture. He would've picked the binder up, but it was too heavy. Nikolai moved a couple steps and leaned over to look at the picture. " Yes, you're right," he mumbled as he stared at the picture strangely. This man was familiar...

Leon CourtLeon followed the Russian, leaning over the back of the couch to glance at the photos. This one was rather old, from around the late forties to mid-fifties. " Oh, this is my grandfather, Theodore Court. And you see that woman?" He pointed to a nearby picture of a woman with her arm around the man's waist, smiling at the cameraman. That's my grandmother, Amelia. Isn't she beautiful?"

Suddenly, Nikolai burst out in laughter. " Oh! I recognize them now! I- Oh!" He covered his mouth and looked at Leon then grinned at him. " Mmm, perhaps I should keep this a secret~" he teased. " You know them, Uncle Nikki?" Aysun gaped. " Oh my, yes, but that's the only information either of you will receive," the Sin snickered.

Leon CourtLeon's gaze turned slowly to Nikolai, brows furrowed. " You knew my grandparents? What're you hiding?" He reached over, gently pinching Nikolai's hip. " Better tell me~"

Leon CourtRolling his eyes, Leon leaned over and pointed at his grandfather. " If you want, we can go see him later this week," he told the child, realizing now for the first time, that he really did look an astounding amount like his grandfather. " He's at a nursing home just outside of town. That's where I go every Saturday and Sunday. He's been asking about you, Aysun. Wants to meet his grandkid."

Aysun gasped, his eyes sparkling. " Yeah!" he cheered. " Hmm? But I thought your family was killed once you became a Neutralisa?" Nikolai pondered.

Leon Court" Only my immediate family that I was close to," he reminded. " That's why my cousins are all still alive, and my aunts and uncles. My grandmother and I were very close, though." He trailed off, looking away. Unfortunately, his grandmother Amelia hadn't fallen to the Neutralisa curse. She had died before then, after battling cancer for years. He was still aching from it.

" So he's still alive..." Nikolai pondered aloud while scratching his chin. His gaze was distant and his smile nonexistent; it was times like this when he made that face that a feeling of something bad about to happen fouled the air. " Perfect! We'll make a day of it, hmm?" he suddenly chirped. " I'd oh-so love for him to tell you how we met, anyway. Quite the funny story, really. He helped me learn English back when I was new to America, you know."

Leon CourtLeon groaned. " Great, just what I need: a day filled of two old people explaining to me about how much easier life was back in the day when Cokes were five cents and saltwater taffy was all the rage." He reached down and picked up Aysun with a playful growl, carrying him towards the kitchen. " Let's wash your hands so you can help me get the veggies ready for dinner tonight."

" To be fair, dearie, it was quite good candy," Nikolai pointed out. Aysun screamed playfully when he was picked up, giggling and flailing his hands around as he was taken to the kitchen.

Nikolai gave Leon's retreating figure an offended look. " We'll just see how ancient I am tonight, darling!" he huffed. ~~~The nursing home wasn't as far as the Sin thought, though he was expecting hours of traveling time. He napped for a good chunk of time, only waking up once to help Aysun overcome motion sickness. Before he knew it they were standing in front of the mansion of old people. Nikolai wrinkled his nose. There were people his age in there, how absolutely mortifying. He looked at Leon and motioned towards the door. " You go first, dearie. I don't know how your grandfather looks now and I certainly don't want to run among my own people."

Leon CourtLeon parked the car and ran a hand through his long hair. It had been so long since he'd last cut it, Grandpa wasn't going to be happy to see it still wasn't short. Nodding at Nikolai, he unbuckled himself before getting out and helping Aysun get out. " Are you going to come at all?" he asked the Sin.
