Tsume laughed, "calm yourself! i was only teasing." he turned the boy around again and continued to wash him. "i understand the friends and nothing more. when the idiot prince, and i call him an idiot because of this, first met me he thought Leo and i were lovers. even after explaining what a familiar is, he still gets jealous of me." he finished with justin's back and cupped water in his hands to rinse away the bubbles. "I love Leo, but as family. i'd never think of him in that way."

Nix hugged Martha back, laughing, "i'm glad you think so. i don't know about him feeling cold, but i do know he was having trouble with the heat. Lily threw all his hot clothes out the window so he'd have no choice but to wear the lighter fashions of Falia." she nodded to Annabelle, "you are right. a person's power doesn't define who they are. it is the choices you make in life, not your abilities that are important." she started to wash as well, dunking her head down so she could get her hair wet to wash it. "i'm curious about the party tonight, all i know is the gatherings of Falia." she was worried too, she didn't want to seem out of place.

"you aren't feeling well?" Leo asked, concerned. he put the soap and cloth to the side before moving closer to Elliot and placing his hand over the other's forehead. "you are a little warm, did you not get enough rest?" he was worried, knowing Elliot he'd ignore it and attend the party and only make himself worse. then again-"let me help-" he sent his healing into the prince through the hand on his forehead, but he didn't find anything wrong. Leo frowned and looked down to try and think of what could make the prince feel ill, but he didn't need to think. as soon as he dropped his gaze, he saw what was ailing the prince. "elliot-" he whispered, sounding slightly out of breath. just that one little look was all it took for him to ache with need for the prince. he licked his suddenly dry lips and looked up into Elliot's eyes. "Take me." he whispered, wanting the man so badly now. "Elliot-" he moved forward, his hands on the other's chest, "take me."

Tsume's hands paused when Justin picked up on his mistake. "damn it-' he growled, turning the boy around to look at him. "he's a boy, but don't you dare tell anyone." he didn't want to threaten this small child it made him feel like the big bad wolf, but he had no choice. "no one can ever find out, Justin. just forget i said anything, understood?"

Nix laughed, "and then some of the dwarves wanted to be nice and so they gathered his clothes and washed them, but since they weren't used to the materials used to make them, Elliot's clothes shrunk to about half their size." she rinsed out her hair, dunking her head back to do so. Elliot had to buy new things when we stopped in town. The dwarves felt bad, but they got some nice winter clothes out of it!"

Leo moaned into the kiss, his fingers clawing at Elliot's back, looking for something to hold onto. eventually they slid up and fisted in the prince's hair, bringing Elliot down harder, deepening the kiss. he spread his legs out, circling them around Elliot's waist and pulling their water slicked bodies closer, rubbing them together. he finally had to break away to breath and let his head fall back, moaning softly, "oh gods. Elliot-please. i need you so badly-"

Tsume shook his head, "not where we come from. Falians believe in falling in love with the person, not their body. same sex couples are common. though i'm told it's not so here." he shrugged at that, "but yes, Elliot likes Leo who is a boy. and Leo likes Elliot who is a boy. there is nothing wrong with that is there?"

Nix finished washing and stood, the water sheding off her body easily. she snagged a towel to get the rest of the water out of her hair and the scented oil off her skin before wrapping it around her. "i need to go and get some clothes for tonight. are you going to be wearing the outfits Lily made?"

Leo crumpled against Elliot's shoulder, moaning softly in pleasure. he'd missed this so much, not the sex or the release, but the feel of Elliot. the smell of the man on him, his hot touch on his skin. he slowly lifted himself off the prince, groaning when their bodies seperated, and moved to lay against Elliot's side. "thank you"

Tsume lifted the boy out of the water so he wouldn't drown, "you're too young to worry about things like that. if you find yourself preferring to be with men over women then that is that. but from the way you and Emily interact i don't think that is the case. come, we're clean now. let's go get your chores finished and then get ready for the party."

Nix smiled, "i brought some clothes with me, but thanks. Lily said that you might like our style of clothing so i made sure to bring a lot with me for you to see and maybe try on. i bet you've never worn a dress spun from flower petals before have you?"

Leo laughed, "sometime." he leaned in to kiss Elliot, "but i'm too comfortable right now."

they hadn't noticed the door open a tiny bit, having not been closed all the way. the sneeky intruder slipped across the floor, finding a good launching pad. he knew the two leggers were in the tall thing that smelled like water and flowers. with one big jump, Ludwig flew through the air and straight into a giant puddle of water, sending it splashing everywhere.

Leo let out a cry as he was suddenly douced by water and had a deperatly trying to swim puppy in his lap. "ludwig!"

Tsume frowned, "no one will hear it from me, boy." he didn't like that he was being threatened, but he really had no choice at the moment. "you shouldn't have to hide your feelings you know. it's not like she's in line to take the throne, she should be allowed to be with whomever she likes." he dried off and changed back into his clothes, planning on wearing them at the party tonight as well.

Nix grinned, "it's a secret way from the old, old days. the techniche has been handed down from generation to generation and only a select few are allowed to know the exact trade. i'm going to go and change, but i'll meet you back in the play room in five minutes, ok? we can help each other do our hair!" she gathered her clothes and checked the hallway to make sure it was clear before heading to her bedroom. as promised, she changed quickly and went back to the play room. the dress made her look older than she was, but it was her favorite one. she loved how it flowed around her, it was like she was wearing water.

Ludwig whined softly, his ears lowering as his tail tucked between his legs. in a last attempt to make the two legger happy he licked it's nose. whining again and wagging his tail ever so slightly.

Leo laughed, "i think he's telling us to hurry up. we don't have much time before the party begins after all. and i need to make sure that Nix is presentable."

Tsume shook his head, "There is no such thing as someone you should or shouldn't like. and if the maids are mean to her kick their asses. or i will." he smiled and ruffled Justin's hair, "love who you want to love. don't let stupid thinks like politics get in the way. if we did that the Leo and Nix would have never been born."

Nix smiled, "this is made from water lilies, but special ones that grow in the Star Lake at Falia. The star lake is in a cave and the lilies give off a soft glow that lights up the shore and water itself. then the lights from the lilies are reflected off the walls and give the illusion of a starry sky." she moved to look at the things they had brought for their hair and smiled, "can i do your hair for you?" she asked all three, actually enjoying doing other people's hair for them.

Leo shrugged slightly, "i can think of several people who might have had a say in that. i'm sure they would have woken us in time to get ready, though Ludwig might have been their version of an alarm clock." he smiled at that and found the loosest dress he had. this one just flowed out gracefully and would hid his extra weight from any prying eyes. he was glad that there were only going to be the children from the city here, he wouldn't have to try and hide from the nobles.

Tsume rolled up his sleeves and got to work washing the pile of dishes, "The Prime Minister?" he recalled the man wearing a dress earlier had been called that. Tsume had thought he smelled of sickness and fear, but he wasn't sick in the body. "how about i was or you dry? since you know where they all go."

Nix smiled, "maybe i can make an illusion for you later, but i'll need some water to do it." she moved to Annabelle and looked at her hair, "I like short hair." she indicated her own slightly longer than chin length bob, "and long hair but i don't want to have to take care of it." she made a face before getting to work on Annabelle's hair. a little while later she was finished, having pulled half back into a pony tail and then curled everything into tight little ringlets. "there. who's next?"

Leo blushed a little and tugged his dress into place, "you look stunning as well, Elliot." he moved to look at the flowers before glancing around the room, "maybe-" he moved to where the left over cloth from the girls' dresses had been stored and pulled out lengths of each color, "could we wrap them in these?"

Tsume grinned, "we should get that prince in here and scrubbing dishes. it'll do him some good, don't you think?" he laughed and finished the last of them, "There. done. now it's time to get you ready for the party. who's in charge here?" he looked around and saw a colorful man with wings he actually wanted to stroke, "hello handsome, guessing you're head cook? I'm Tsume, nice to meet you. is it cool if i steal this kid and make him dashing for the princess?" he pointed his thumb over his shoulder at Justin, grinning widely.

Nix grinned, "just you wait, Martha. you're definatly next." she looked at Emily for a moment, deciding what style she wanted to do before nodding. "got it!" she started to weave the top half of Emily's hair. first she tilted the girl's head to the side and braided across her hairline, the braid then going down and around, and around, creating a spiral.when she was about three fourths of the way to the middle, she braided out what was in her hand and then wrapped it around what was left unbraided. the end result was a pony tail that's base was held together by the long braid and Nix smiled. "done, now Martha. you're easy." she rummaged through the things they had brought until she found some cream used to hold hair in place. this she put on her hands and then ran them through Martha's hair, making it stand up in spikes. "almost done." she picked up some rouge and then the cream and smiled. "Trust me, ok?" some of the paste went into her hand followed by a large amount of the rouge. she mixed them together and turned the clear cream to a bright red color which she then put in certain areas of Martha's hair making random streaks of red. "perfect." she stepped back so Martha could see into the mirror while she washed her hands, "What do you think?"

Leo laughed, "i should have known." he shook his head a little before he moved to wrap the presents in the cloth. he made sure they looked perfect before stepping back, "well then, shall we go and see how the girls are doing?" he asked, looking at his prince. he couldn't believe it, things were back to the way they were. they were laughing, talking, acting as if nothing happened. Leo swore he'd never be so stupid as to ask the prince something like that again. he was happy like this, why ruin it?
