Kalle stepped through the doors of the great hall and began to make her way toward the staff table, waving at the students she knew as she took her seat. She gave her wand a small flick. A bottle of Nettlewine and a silver goblet appeared on the table before her. As Kalle poured the dark liquid into the goblet, her slender fingers traced the raised vine patterns.

"iam straving"rubbing his stomach.he was walking to Grffyindor Table.Noises where evrywhere but not that loud.he ate chips and some other food and drank butterbeer.Someone told while he was drinking butterbeer that he had foam in his lips .Wiping it off nervously.

 Liviana entered the Great Hall and walked to the Ravenclaw table at an achingly slow rate. When she arrived, she reached for a steaming bowl of potato and leek soup.
The molten soup burned Liviana's tongue and throat on its descent into her stomach, but its contents brought a slight bit of color back to her unnaturally pale complexion. She finished off her meal, decided she did not have the energy to converse over banal topics with any of her peers, and left as slowly as she came for another part of the castle.

Lena skipped into the Great Hall and sat at the nearest seat she could see at the Gryffindor table. She took a small buttered bun as well as a bit of onion soup and ate as she thought of Quidditch. Would she go practice tonight? Looking up at the enchanted ceiling and outside the windows, she concluded she would go for about an hour as the weather was lovely and there was still enough time left until dark. A clear, blue sky with a sun that hadn’t yet begun to sink towards the horizon. When she was done eating she got up and skipped out of the Great Hall, on her way towards the Quidditch pitch.

Sparrow walked into the great Hall with a grin on her face. She had just seen the house points and it had lifted her spirits. Sparrow sat down at the Gryffindor table and said, "Great job Gryffindors! We took the lead in house points. Now lets keep us there!" Sparrow was quite happy about this and she continued to be happy while she ate some food. She had skipped breakfast that morning and was starving.

Amelia walked into the Great Hall, biting her tongue to hold back tears. Even the stairs were against her! Twice, twice! they changed, while she was walking. What was she supposed to do, jump off the edge and acrobatics to get to class? Eventually she was caught up by the flow of students to the Great Hall. She hoped that she found another way soon. One with less people. She desperately needed a map. Consoling herself with a heavily buttered, apple jelly biscuit, she took her seat, recognizing the blue marking Ravenclaw. She focused on buttering a second biscuit, not looking around.
