Detroit and Michigan... I like those places, but I've never been there. Pictures look nice and the people in Detroit have cool accents.

@Shira: Yeah. I love in grand old Massachusetts (bad drivers, obnoxious people who think they’re better than anyone else, the whole schpeal) in a town whose population is something like 15,000 people and where the biggest building here is a Wallgreens. But I do live right on the water, so I guess it’s a win-lose kind of thing.

But yeah. When I say they’re racists, I mean like.. Future KKK members. Six kids (most of them my friends’ boyfriends) beat a black guy to death. And their reason? Yep. Because he was black.
