Minoru was born in a village bordering Sunagakure though he and his parents had to move to another village due to some unknown reasons. they eventually ended up living in Kusagakure. having learned of Minoru's hidden abilities, the former Kusakage secretly ordered to kill Minoru's parents, leaving Minoru to have little to no idea of who they were and where they came from.
Minoru was then taken on the care of the old Kusakage which instructed him to enter the Ninja academy of Kusagukure at the age of 6. There he discovered his powers as a successor of the Iron Sand Bloodline that the third Kazekage developed. Because of his powers, he was hated and feared by some of his fellow students and teachers alike which is why Minoru couldn't tolerate such treatment and ended up killing a few of his fellow students and some of the academy teachers.
After the tragedy, the old Kusakage became more fascinated by the kid's raw skill and power. The Kusakage wanted to use Minoru for himself which is why he took him under his wing, he placed a Oni curse mark on the boy as he trained the kid personally to harness both his Iron sand and curse seal technique to it's fullest.
besides the curse mark, the Kusakage also presented Minoru a and large gourd almost the size of the 12 years old Minoru's body so that he has a place to carry his Iron sand when traveling. It was heavy at first by aftering carrying it around for several months he got used to it and eventually requested for a new gourd which is considerably more heavier than his old one.
As his gourd starts to feel lighter for him, He requests a new one that is considerably more heavier than the last one. currently he has a gourd only a few inches shorter than his body, weighing almost 5 times his body weight which makes him extremely slow when carrying his gourd.
Though the gourd's purpose was to keep his Iron sand, It also serves as weights especially when he is training his taijutsu, he didnt really liked his Iron sand abilities since he was a brawler that likes to use his fists to fight. However as Minoru grew older he learned to make use of his unique abilities to enhance his taijutsu abilities. he used his Iron sand for defense and to enhance his taijutsu.
Even when Minoru was still young, he has already been assigned by the Kusikage to do many of the village’s hidden missions. mostly being assassination missions which is why he developed a brutal and fight loving personality.
After a few years, Minoru was assigned by the old Kusakage to safe guard the family of land lords. It preventing him to participate on exams to increase his rank as a ninja though the rank did'nt really much of his concern. After so many years of service on the family of land lords, Minoru was finally dismissed and was ordered to return to Kusagakure.

-While some may see it as "superhuman strength", this technique is actually an application of medical ninjutsu, that demands the ability to concentrate and minute chakra control. Uhmm, Im gonna have to say no to the Anbu thing until you get of Jounin rank. And you will need to strike all the jutsu you have until you learn them. Your Taijutsu are customs, they will need to be approved in the custom jutsu forum first before use.

Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

At first targets of this illusion may believe they are fighting against Kage Bushin clones but as when a clone is hit, it splits into two clouds which reform into two new, separate clones. When one of these is hit, the same process occurs. In short order the target of this technique may quickly come to believe that fighting back against the clones is only making things worse for them and they may attempt to flee or simply defend. A kai will dispel all clones.

• Keizokuteki Enmu no Jutsu (Continuous Fog Technique)

An offshoot version of the original Cloud Clone Technique that is generally used to cause a diversion giving the user time to run away. The user creates around 6 or so roughly generated Cloud Clones, these clones have the same capability as the previous Cloud Clones do. However, when a Clone is hit instead of going through the clone, like it normally does in the technique, the clone instead explodes into a spread of smoke-like fog that becomes denser, stronger, and harder to dispel with every clone that is hit.

• Denkou Hachidori no Jutsu (Electric Hummingbirds Technique)

Creating a real thunderstorm, the user raises his hands into the air and declares that they shall show a sound of lightning. The humming of hummingbirds fill the air and while it does, a large amount of hummingbirds fly from within the thunderclouds and home in on the target(s). Nothing is required from the user at this point in the Genjutsu. Once hitting the target, the feeling that something is drilling into their stomach is felt.

• Raikou Ame no Jutsu (Lightning Rain Technique)

This skill calls on a true lightning storm. Lighting appears to rain down everywhere just missing the target. The lightning appears to respond to movement by the target and will strike closer if they should dare to move. This technique is highly effective as it seems to produce all the smells, sounds, and effect of actual lightning. Its most dangerous aspect comes in to play if and when the target makes a lot of movements. The lightning will ‘strike’ the target causing pain and even seeming to cause burns, along with the smell of burnt flesh.

• Hitoshirenu Shikaku no Jutsu (Hidden Assassin Technique)

Upon casting this genjutsu, the user claims to have gained superhuman speed, and then seems to vanish in a puff of clouds. The user is actually still standing right where he was before, but the target cannot see him. However, an illusionary version of the user appears behind the target and rushes straight at the target with unbelievable speed, piercing the target’s heart with a kunai, and then saying something like “It’s over,” or “You’re finished.” The feeling is real, but it does not cause actual injury. The target will begin to realize that they are under an illusion when they are not suffering any further effects from being stabbed.

• Zettai Tenkou Kansei no Jutsu (Absolute Weather Control Technique)

The user of this technique appears to be able to control the weather. The possibilities are nearly endless. The user could create what appears to be a sudden driving blizzard that rapidly coats the area in snow and blasts the target with freezing winds, or they could create a torrential downpour that seems to saturate the ground to the point that it becomes a thick mud river, causing trees and other objects to fall over. The user could initiate a firestorm, or call up a hurricane. Really, the user can create any form of extreme weather that can be imagined.

• Rankyaku - Amane Dachi (Storm Leg - Circumference Sectioning) - The user jumps forward while spinning in the air, forming a ball shape with his blades. This is basically a feinting maneuver, so even if the target manages to read the pattern of this attack and move out of the users trajectory, they will still be cut by the Chakra that is emitting from the blades that are sharpened to where they feel like the tip of a Blade.

Faust; born to Daedalus and Lytha Valier. His father was a shinobi from the Hidden Cloud that had moved to Snow, he was an ANBU and was gifted with the Ranton Bloodline. His mother, was a gifted summoner but never achieved Sage Mode, though she could fight with the best of 'em. Over time, through many missions together they became close, and one night became intimate.
Shortly after, they were wed and lived in the Outskirts, bordering the Snow. They lived happily, madly in love and forever holding each other. It was late August when their child was born. He was a pale, beautiful baby boy. With blond hair and green eyes. Though, he also had gifted chakra levels, and the mark of a Ranton user on his tongue. They called him; Faust.
Now, this is a time skip to where Faust had grown up, and become a professional shinobi... almost. He was trained well by his father in versatility, and he also took his mothers Summoning habits. All in all, he was loved and loved them back greatly. Though, one night his life took a shot for the worst. His mother had been sick for months, and it was a dark, stormy night as him and his father waited by her bedside. At about ten, with a love you to and fro, she passed away.
Then, this is where we'll take his personality from, the most horrific incident yet. Faust had just turned thirteen, and was to be sent to the Yukigakure Academy, but that's not what happened. His father was on a special request from the current Yukikage, and Faust had been home waiting for him. But, it turns out his father had died, tortured by the enemy. With that being said, they arranged for him to go to Kusagakure and for him to train there, he became stubborn and tried to fight, but it was of no use. The Country had it's say in the matter.
Within a day he had arrived in the place requested. The man, who had been an extremely good friend of his father was happy to take him in, and with this, he was granted the last name of Axeanz. But within time, he grew to love these farm folk had he did his family, and has since considered Kusagakure his home.

Ichiro was evacuated from the cloud village right after he was born due to the bombing. His parents entrusted him to a senior shinobi. The shinobi hid Ichiro outside the village and went to look for the boys brothers, but found nothing so he assumed they had died. A few year later when the new Yukikage was announced, it turned out that this was the boys older brother. After his caretaker died he left out from the mist to go and live with his brother betraying the trust of the mist to seek the cold embrace of the snow and the lightning that dwelt in the storm.

Denied. You may spend custom jutsu in creating taijutsu, but you cannot have taijutsu slots with your class. Learning E Rank Suiton in a single post is useless as an attribute, by the way. As long as you train the jutsu in the academy...all E-Rank jutsu will require only a single post...Suiton and all.
So rework you attributes.
