"Sounds like ve vill be working in a snowy and icy environment."
Kurt smiled and looked up to the control room just above still looking at the girls.
"I'll be up zhere for just a moment to set it up you girls in the mean time stand in the center of the room."
Kurt teleported away after putting his hand down. He landed in the center of the control room and set up an icy obstacle course with padded bars for the girls to run though as though a racing track. As soon as he got what he wanted for the look, difficulty and layout for the training course he hit the start button which closed the doors and began the simulation. He was sure that he would be able to get back to the control room so ready for some training of his own and to protect the girls he teleported down into the room next to them in the now slippery snow packed ice terrain. There was several pillars littered about the flat landscape.
"Zhere, you can run freely around, just be carefully to not hit any walls, or zhe pillars and if you need to, zhere are patches of snow to keep you from sliding around too much on half the course."
He smiled and then teleported to the top of the very short pillars that may have only been anywhere from 5 to 10 feet tall.

He smiled and then leaned away from her a little pulling his communicator out looking at it with intent.
"True, that could be... I might have to talk to Kai personally about it but, I really do wish to call and see if Robin, and the others who went to Gotham are safe."
He pulled out his communicator and went to call Robin. He flipped it open and dialed for Robin sitting still where Kesshou was next to him.
"Robin, this is Garfield, I'm calling to check and see if everything is okay there in Gotham with everyone. Can you tell me what your status is and Red Cardinal's?"

It didn't take long for a response to transmit back.
"Robin here. I'm hurrying out in a small party- "Catgirl" needs some help. RC's already gone out today, and she's exhausted from it."
Some background noise would show that Tim had started up an engine of some kind.
"How's the team there?"

The girls' faces lit up at the sight of the room changing before them. Immediately they started exploring the course- at first staying mostly on snow patches.
Jaquelyn started "slow" on ice patches, though many times she slid a bit far and knelt down to come to a stop. Victoria kept almost entirely on the snow as she worked on her stopping. Overall it was clear that the young speedsters had a long way to go, but it didn't bother them; they were having too much fun.

"Everyone is good here. And if you need any help just ask, don't wait until you guys are in too deep."
Gar spoke back. He hung up before Robin could agree, he realized that Robin was busy and saving someone was better than spending time talking. He turned back to the computer screen and then back to Kesshou.
"Guess they're okay for now."

Kesshou nodded. "That's good" She nuzzled Garth's cheek again, purring loudly. "So what have you learned so far?" Kesshou felt so relaxed and happy with Gar.
She looked around and then back to Garth before sneaking a small little lick on his cheek.

"I would say that cuddling is best saved for off time... but thanks for caring so much. Haven't had anyone like me this much since my acting career kicked the buck-... I'm getting off subject"
He perked up after he started talking talking about a completely different subject. Gar looked back over the info on IO and looked back to her.
"I am reading mostly about Gen 13, looks like they are trying to find kids of supers who might have superpowers. They are planning to use them as weapons I think, there's some stuff under the Summers work that shows they are producing mass quantities of neurological chemicals, and ordering tech that looks like it could be used for nanites and electrical control, mind control."

Kesshou blinked. "So we need to tell Professor X. If they're using mutants like this, then some of our notorious villains might of peaked an interest in their program... Like Striker."
She placed her hand back on the computer and started covering more files of what seemed to be impertinent data.

"I think he already has... Look here"
Gar pulled up a file on Striker as saying that he was a cordinator of attacks and supplier of information about mutants of this other world. It didn't say much else other than that.
"I think that we have to go save these kids once we're done saving our own people. Get together and cordinate a rescue op here. At least, that's what I'd do with the Teen Titans in my own world, I can't say that I'm the boss here... so I'll have to take this up with everyone else."
He looked through and found another map that pulled up the general location of the IO base in Nevada that held the children they were using for Gen 13.
"Also, it doesn't say exact location, they probably planned for people finding their information as a possibility so kept it hidden even on their own files. But we do know it's near Las Vegas Nevada, so that's a start. We need to ask Kai if she knows where this place is too. When she's not so tired I'll call her up. I'd rather ask her and her not know than not ask and possibly miss vital information."

Kesshou nodded. "Understandably." She sighed and mewed softly. "I'll go talk to Xavier and Oracle about Striker's role in Gen 13. If you want to come with me, I'd love it."

"Sounds good, I need a break from this computer anyway. Just some of the info and we already got a new plate of missions ahead of us."
He stood up and transformed into a mountain lion stretching with a big cat like yawn before transforming back into his human form. Garfield looked to the door and then reached his arm back and rubbed his hair a bit.
"Where's Xavier usually?"
Kurt teleported around and quickly bounced around on the obsticles that were created. He wondered if the girls should not jump and run around as well. After a quick bamph he found himself next to Flash girl.
"Should I have made some hurdles for you frauline?"

Kesshou looked startled for a moment after watching Garth transform, her eyes turning from their normal pretty blue to a hot pink and then back again as she relaxed.
She looked around and then to Garth. "I know where he is..." She walked out the door, sounding a little calmer than usual.
She made her way down the hall and to where Xavier was staying at the moment.

After a while of slipping and sliding, FG turned her attention to Nightcrawler.
"Maybe...hurdles that are spread out a bit?"
She didn't want to jump over one, only to find herself falling right into the next if she didn't get a good hold of friction.

"Apex, considering that I'm hearing the generators for the Danger Room, I'm going to check in on the girls to make sure that they're safe. I'll check up on you later. Feel free to stop by the lounge area, if you want to shoot the breeze... or some pool," Nightshade stated as he made his way into the control room of the Danger Room. After taking a seat and viewing the speedster girls' progress, "How are they doing Kurt?"

As Oracle finally managed to get herself out of the bathroom and back in her wheelchair, Babs welcomed help from X-23 to get her back out to the cafeteria, "Thanks. I can feel my legs, but .... I think I'm going to need to retrain myself to walk. I don't suppose you can help me on that?"

Watching the other students and guests here, Songbird's thoughts drifted to some of her past companions from the Thunderbolts. Hallie Takahama was the first to come to mind -- Jolt was the first to inspire her to become a hero. Now Jolt was on Counter Earth. Mel really missed the girl and wondered how she was doing.
Melissa's thoughts drifted to Charlie Burlingame who was known as Charcoal the Burning Man. How his life was cut short by the ambitions of Graviton. Charlie was just a kid and deserved better.
Eventually, Songbird's thoughts came to Abner Jenkins. The man had became Mach V and was formerly the Beetle was Melissa's love. Abe was probably the first man who loved her for her -- not for what she could do. At that moment, Mel wanted nothing more than to be in Abe's arms, Abe.... I miss your face.
While lost in her thoughts, Melissa Gold gave a deep sigh.

Kesshou walked down the hall to find Professor Xavier and instead bumped into Oracle. "Oh Oracle! We found some things out about that I.O. thing that I think you might want to know. We were about to go see Prof. X to talk to him about it as well."
Her tail swished from side to side as she waited for Oracle to respond and Garth to catch up.
