"the next mizukage...eh? that would be, may be the 10th mizukage or something?" responded Mitsuko lazily, knowing that she had just let him go for that semi-insult. But what would be the point of putting him down? Ambition was important, and he certainly had that. She noticed that he was fiddling with something inside his clothing and wondered if he was going to just do away with her or something. But still, it looked kinda funny and she couldn't resist joking about it:
"hey, you're not getting off inside your hoody, are you?"
The mist in the air started quivering slightly, as if laughing from Mitsuko's joke.

Axel smirked as he could see she was having fun. "well, sorry to disappoint you but no. i'm just testing my senbon." he was doing so, but he was also adding a special thing to each one, as he had made a set of handseal before pricking his fingers at the tip. leaving a jutsu's effect upon the tips of each one, they would act as fingers if he threw them, as the jutsu he used required a finger to hit. "well, would you care to have a little fun?" he asked making it sound seductive. he hoped he could get her to drop her defenses.

Aozame appeared out of the mist with his hand on Axel's shoulders as he muttered "Mind your tongue, Mizu. You seem to be forgetting your place in the village." He gripped Axel's shoulder a bit tighter hinting that he was infuriated with his behavior towards his cousin. He then continued "I'll be damned before a Mizu successes Mitsuko-chan." He then turned to his fellow clan member as he said "Is he giving you any trouble Mizukage-sama?"

Mitsuko was just about to grind axel into dust as part of his own game, but the appearance of Aozame kind of threw the whole thing off course. Mitsuko examined her fingernails and replied nonchalantly:
"Trouble, no...but he was just going to show me one of his techniques with the senbon, which since it did not really catch me by COMPLETE surprise, didn't trouble me too much. And as for the matter of the title of Mizukage, we all know that he has to play by the rules if he wants to become leader. The system I introduced upon coming into office demands a vote from each individual member and a battle to determine the next Mizukage."
Mitsuko then turned to Axel and put on a severe face. "But if you were to hurt one of the villagers during the fight, I really must put an end to all this nonsense, you know? Perhaps we can go to the training grounds or I can send you on a mission if you're bored..."

Axel smiled as he wondered what might happen to him, especially if he had the two attack him at once. "well i wouldn't mind a mission personally." he said rolling his eyes to Aozame, "oh and if you think you could stop me with ease, then you'd be dreadful wrong, whatever i do, you shan't beat me." he said as he smiled "well, Mitsuko-sama, what is the plan?"

"I'm just remind you to remember the village hierarchy. Even as a hunter nin, your not as high in it as you think. I'm captain of Hunter ninja in this village and you best not forget it. Advances and threats to the Mizukage will not be taken lightly. The ferocity of the Hoshigaki clan should not be forgotten. Your lucky she didn't kill you where you stand." Aozame proudly whispered in Axel's ear. He may have sounded a like a bit of a show off but this didn't matter to him. He then turned to his fellow clan member and said "As usual you have everything under control. Its about time for me to update my bingo book so I'll be off then. You should be doing the same Axel." With that he vanished within the mist. Secretly, Aozame hoped that Axel would challenge him for the title of Hunter Nin Captain but it seemed that would be left for another time. Aozame's obligations called and he couldn't neglect them.

Mitsuko sighed and wondered why people can't just leave her alone, but ever since she took up the job she had given up on her free time. She made a list of the missions in her head, and decided that if she was to send this guy away, he can perhaps blow off some of his extra energy and come back slightly humbler...
"Right...so as we all know from the academy missions can go from ranks of E all the way to S. Judging by your confidence, I don't think I can give you any errand missions, so I suppose only B-rank missions or above will satisfy you."
Mitsuko pause for a moment and considered a few things. Axel was a hunter-nin, and it should be standard procedure to send him on..."
Mitsuko nodded and produced a document and gave it to him, outlining his assignment.

Axel took the assignment and looked at Aozame as he left, he then turned back to Mitsuko, "you do realize that he betrayed the village, helping Shirokarasu to take over the mist and many other villages." he said knowing that Aozame would be a ways off and would have trouble hearing it. he then turned and opened the scroll to find a similar styled mission within. "farewell for now Mitsuko-chan!" he said as an ice mirror appeared behind him and he stepped into it, heading for the next village where he was assigned to go.

Aozame's voice rang out through the mist as he said "Betrayed? My dear friend you are quite misinformed. I merely formed a truce with Shiro-san so that Hidden Mist would not face a violent invasion. I have already informed Mitsuko-chan of this." How did Aozame hear Axel so clearly? The Hoshigaki clan was known to have terrible vision but in turn, their other senses were sharpened to near super-human strength. Aozame chuckled to himself thinking about how Axel childishly tattle tailed on him over a matter that has long since been solved.

Mitsuko slammed her fist onto the table top in irritation, knowing that Axel will cause her no end of trouble. The mist in the village quivered and people looked up in surprise from their daily duties. Mitsuko swirled her hands in the air and the mist settled back to normal, once again a calm but heavy veil descending upon a the village. The mist...thought Mitsuko as she sat there in silence, will tell her everything, but how long will she be able to retain control of it?
Mitsuko got up abruptly and went to her abandoned shack, the mist parting before her and giving her a path without hindrance.

Akou IchazukiAfter a huge storm in the seas near Hidden Leaf, Akou found himself seperated from Ella again. He didn't really know where he was even after walking around for a while. There were people around but they frightened Akou. After having walked around a while Akou sits on a bench in the center of Hidden Mist. He looks around a bit before laying down on his side across the bench. His eyes stare at an odd rock on the ground and he seems not to blink. He was bored though he was lost. Where ever he was it didn't interest him. The village he sat in was as dull as dull could be. 1/**

Hotaru carefully stepped into Water country not knowing where he was going. The fog was so dense he couldn't see a foot in front of him. His clan's signature black spectacles weren't helping either. Without realizing it, he had stumbled into the Hidden Mist Village. Home of some of the most violent acts in history. With his arms out in front of him, he felt the back of a bench. He guided himself to try and sit on it not realizing that there was someone already sitting down on it. Nearby was dark presence. It had been following Hotaru for quite some time now. Hotaru of course was unaware.

Akou Ichazuki
Akou felt someone try and sit on him and bolts upward. He looks around a while before noticing a figure near the bench. "Whaddya sit on me for? I'm not hard to see am I? I got red hair!" Akou wasn't really angry nor was he a hot head. He figured he'd pick a fight with the guy since his ego was big from the exams he'd passed. He stands up from the bench and starts darting around the figure, his fists raised. He stops when he notices the boy was wearing black glasses upon his face and laughs. "Why are you wearing glasses? That's why you couldn't see me." He stops and just stared at the figure wearing dark black shades and smiles. He could do whatever he wanted and the guy wouldn't even notice a thing. At this he walks near to the figure to get a closer look before kicking him in the shins.

Hotaru quickly got up realizing there was someone on the bench. The dense mist didn't exactly help. "I never take these off" Hotaru snapped. Just because he couldn't see very well doesn't mean he was completely blinded. Looking below the rim of his glasses, Hotaru noticed Akou sending a kick in his direction. He bounced to the side a bit letting Akou's leg brush Hotaru's pants. Realizing Akou was being rather aggressive Hotaru decided he would step things up himself. Destruction bugs seeped out of his clothing forming a cloud around him. He jumped back a bit into the veil of mist. They were even now. Neither could see the other. Meanwhile even deeper into the mist, a sinister presence continued to lurk.

Komen walked into the Hidden Mist Village where he dawned his Alliance Robes. He himself didn't know that the Alliance base had beendestroyed but, if he didn't know, than the chances of the hidden Mist knowing was zero to none. Komen kept his ears and eyes opened as his newly acquired Rune blade hung off his back. He had heard that a strange blade was taken into the Hidden mist Laboratory. "Hmmm." He said as he was walking through the rubble that was Hidden mist.
He continued to walk as he was at the entrance of the Hidden mist laboratory. He was confronted by a group of Hidden mist Shinobi. "By the order of Dante herself and the Alliance, I must get passed this gate." He said to them as he showed them his robes and the pendant he was given by Dante herself. He walked inside the laboratory after the guards understood his request. He walked insde to see various techniques and technologies being perfected. he raised an eyebrow as he was searching for the Strange blade.
