Jack looked over at Sun and smiled, "Oh nothing!" Jack continued to plant and slowly worked his way towards Sun.

The time it had taken to replant everything had simply flown by. Sun stood back and took a deep breath and looked around satisfactorily. She smiled at Jack.
"You did very well, thank you," she smiled.
Sun stepped up to Jack and before she even knew it she had placed a light kiss on his lips.

Jack smiled at the kiss and his cheeks flushed lightly, "It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...the replanting that is..." Jack gave her a quick hug.

Sun blushed as Jack embraced her. When he pulled away a chill settled over her skin and she willed herself not to shiver. Sun smiled lightly and turned to look at her garden.
"I take it that gardening does not have the same effect on you as me?" Sun said softly.
She was still smiling.

"No I guess not, but we all need a place where we can be happy..." Jack looked around at the garden and back at a shivering Sun. "Hold on a second." Jack took off the sweater he was wearing and wrapped it around her shoulders.

((Aww I totally thought that was adorable and chivalrous!))
Sun could feel the warmth still radiating from the sweater Jack wrapped around her shoulders. She could smell his clean, distinctly masculine scent on the fabric. Sun turned to Jack and tilted her head.
"Now you'll be cold," she said lightly.

Jack pulled Sun next to him, "No I'll just use you to keep me warm." Jack winked, "Should we go for a walk to the beach?"

Sun smiled and relaxed against Jack.
"Yes, let us see what kind of havoc the storm has wreaked on the coastline," Sun agreed.
She walked closely to Jack as they headed for the beach.

As Jack walked with Sun to the beach he was expecting someone to run into him screaming that so and so was hurt. Perhaps we should have went to the beach first... Jack furrowed his brow slightly and sighed.

Sun could feel Jack tense again as they approached the beach. He was expecting the worst, she knew. Sun embraced him more tightly.
"It will be okay, Jack," she reassured him.
She tried to reassure herself, too.

Jack scratched his head, he had to stop his mind from always going to the worst case scenario. He watched the path ahead quietly.

Sun stayed close to Jack even as they reached the beach. Surprisingly there was only minimal damage to shelters and belongings. Sun looked over and smiled.
"See, I told you not to worry, Jack," she chuckled.

Jack smiled and breathed a sigh of relief, "That is good..." He looked around for some of the people who didn't come to the caves during the storm.

Sun lightly tugged on Jack's arm, encouraging him to walk with her through the wet sand. As they walked along the beach they saw nothing and no one in immediate danger.
"We got lucky," Sun smiled.
She kept close to Jack, drawing on his warmth.

Jack suddenly grabbed Sun's arm and quickly pulled her along with him down the beach. They raced past several onlookers and stopped near a patch of trees, Jack laughed and sprawled out on the ground.
